Is The Law the Word of God?

No. The "W"ord of God is Jesus (see John 1).

Do Christians qualify as MAN?

Again, Luke 4 says NOTHING, nada, zip, about the Christian being required to follow the law. Secondly you don't live by the law even as you proclaim it. You pick and choose which of the 613 commandments are relevant to you.

If man shall live by every Word of God, presumably that shoe fits for MAN, claims of being aliens notwithstanding.

It is not the law that man should live by beside bread. The law is part of the old covenant which the word of God clearly states it is obsolete (see Heb. 8).
