Just for kicks, I'd like to create a thread where we can explain our areas of expertise and maybe lighten things up a bit.

This thread can also serve as a reference tool.

I'll start:

My areas of expertise are Creationism and the Flood.

I also enjoy talking about the dispensations and basic doctrine.

I like to salt my posts with Scripture whenever possible, and I like to emphasize miracles as interruptions to nature.

Your turn. :)

Tying my shoelace, get it right at least two times out of three.

Assuming we are talking CF expertise or the like, none. I just jump in where I do, and hope for the best. There tend to be areas I jump into more than others.

General expertise?, kind of the same thing...Jack of all trades, master of few, and will jump into about anything, and hope for the best.

I'm a polyglot with formal qualifications with languages and linguistics. On the job over the past 25 years I've specialised in information theory and IT systems, particularly architecture and security.

I also have opinions about many things, some educated some maybe not so much.

I come to these forums mostly to learn, hopefully from people who really know what they are talking about.

In terms of theology, probably the history and beliefs of different Christian denominations, and varying views of the afterlife.

In terms of science, probably astrophysics.

In terms of mathematics, very large numbers.

In terms of other things, chess and pop culture.

But I am not an expert on any of it really.
