Real prophecy, real vision!

I yearn for a return of prophecy and vision to God's people! I am not talking about self anointed prophets who steal the money and souls from those who have been deceived into following them. I'm talking about real, genuine words of God that pierce into people's heart and challenge them. In Acts, we see Agabus who twice is recorded as being VERY SPECIFIC with what God has said. How many times did the Spirit speak to people in Acts with very specific instructions on where to go and who to look for and sometimes even what they were doing.

I was at the meeting (house)...many years ago.
--
A fellow (invited speaker) preached a brief message from scripture.
Then he started giving..prophecy to some people.
I was one of them..he gave the prophecy.
---
He said..
"You will be in Africa.."
I was a bit puzzled/surprised.
- I had no intention/plan going there.
---
Two years later, I was in Africa..
- mission trip.
Since that time, I was involved in African mission work..many years.
- in several regions.
---
My perspective is..
- there are genuine prophets..giving/ministering prophecies..
- in unlikely/humble places.

Well praise God they do exist, just very rare.

I yearn the days when they are as common as rain
