I don't see that. He looks like he's middle-aged. His baldness is genetic, perhaps that makes him look older, but he's had it for decades.

I think you are giving alot of significance to appearance. The skin is just one organ among many. Sun exposure has alot to do with skin aging.
Health and slow aging go hand in hand. We cannot have just one of them. Aging is basically just a deteriorating health, nothing else.

And what exactly is unhealthy about Dr. Greger, besides his appearance? He walks several miles every day... is that something frail, sickly people usually do?

Are you just into pointless body shaming? Your notion that he looks unhealthy is sort of like the school yard bully saying "You're ugly". It just seems both groundless and uncharitable. You don't have to agree with Dr. Greger's choice in foods, or even the science behind his diet, but to go out of your way to say he's unhealthy because he is thin, seems like it's grasping at straws and is mean-spirited.
