It feels like it’s being lifted off of me now

I took something for sleep last night and it just made me high. I didn’t sleep and it made me anxious this morning. I’ve thrown the rest of them away and will never take it again. It was horrible

Last Thursday when I went to get an epidural I told them my pain was a 10. That night I took Umary and took it again the next morning. The pain was gone. I have had some pain since but I got a Tweeter Inversion Table and it is helping. I have also been promoted to supervisor at work so there is less walking.
Umary is hyaluronic acid but it is made in Mexico and I have read that it contains diclofenac that is not listed on the label. I’m also taking TUDCA to protect my liver while I take it. Today there is not much pain. I was able to workout yesterday and did 1,000 reps with the Steel Mace. I did a total of 30 minutes of inversion yesterday so that helped. I’m going to do an upper body workout with bands, dumbbells and the Total Gym today and do the Mace workout again tomorrow.
When the epidural starts working and I don’t have pain I’m going to stop taking Umary and use it only as needed.
I’m still having sleep issues and I don’t know if that will ever get better but I don’t feel bad from it.

I did 1,000 reps with the Mace. I want to start doing this 3 times a week. That means I will have to do it on a workday.

Inversion - 10 minutes
I’m going to do some more inversion today. I’m having some moderate leg pain. I plan on doing a little housework today and some more inversion should help alleviate the pain. My sleep wasn’t any better but I’m not feeling bad because of it.
edit: I did 10 more minutes of inversion and this really helped with the leg pain
