Bugs is mine, the original bugs.
For American cartoons: Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry and Avatar.Bugs is mine, the original bugs.
I saw this in the first video. $50 for a dinner in the 1940s could get you some high end dinner with Hollywood stars, worth around $1000 in today's money. Nowadays, it can only get you some Applebee's for a group of two or three.I’m a big classic movie fan I like Warner Brothers and especially those directed by Tex Avery. A couple of examples-
Another with Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra caricatures as roosters during WWII-
The animation and voice work was awesome back then.
It’s just hilarious imo. I walked into the grocers today and a small seedless watermelon was ten dollars.I saw this in the first video. $50 for a dinner in the 1940s could get you some high end dinner with Hollywood stars, worth around $1000 in today's money. Dang, watermelons should not cost more than $5. You went to Whole Foods, or live in California? It’s just hilarious imo. I walked into the grocers today and a small seedless watermelon was ten dollars.

I agree with you. Also, apples, oranges/clementines and bananas are better tasting in my opinion.Nope the grocer. I sense gouging afoot. I grow them so if that the price… I’ll wait.
I like making different things with watermelon so I was considering it until I saw the price.I agree with you. Also, apples, oranges/clementines and bananas are better tasting in my opinion.
What do you make with watermelons?I like making different things with watermelon so I was considering it until I saw the price.
I won’t derail the thread. I do not want to get yelled at again. LolWhat do you make with watermelons?
After this expensive melon conversation, other people can post favorite cartoon shows.
Haha... that is alright. I am kind of curious what @tonychanyt 's favorite cartoon is, as he seems to be a serious guy (in a good way).I won’t derail the thread. I do not want to get yelled at again. Lol

For American cartoons, or Japanese ones? Avatar is a 2005 cartoon, that a friend recommended me in 2022. Same with Hunter x Hunter, which was recommended to me by my same friend in 2021.I don't recognize any but the first two
Speed racer.Bugs is mine, the original bugs.
A classic 1960s anime, that will be added to my list. If you like 1960s stuff, you would like this late-1960s American cartoon by Hanna-Barbera, Wacky Races.Speed racer.
Bugs Bunny is the best cartoon, hands down. But that Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime looks a little overkill in my opinion as the girls dress a little too Victorian, but with lots of pink for my taste, but it does have a cool art style. If we're just talking American cartoons, then I'd say old school Bugs Bunny.
For animation in general, my favorite is Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
When I was growing up, I hated Avatar! I forgot to mention Tom and Jerry! I am an avid cat lover! For American cartoons: Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry and Avatar.
For Japanese cartoons (anime): Hunter x Hunter, Yu Yu Hakusho, Cowboy Bebop and One Piece.
