The Bible is a large collection of books.
Where would one go to see a list of sins, with references to them?
There is no list of sins.
Sin is anything that misses the mark, anything less than what God justly commands. When we fail to love our neighbor, we sin.
And if we're being honest with ourselves, the reality is that we are basically big balls of sin walking around, and that sin infects everything--the way we think, the way we act, the words we speak, how we feel, and even infecting our own sense of right and wrong. It's the simple, but profoundly tragic, reality that we are sinners, we are broken, we aren't living God's way. Even when we are trying our best we are still failing to live God's way.
There are a lot of "big sins", lots of things the Bible explicitly identifies as sin. But there simply is no exhaustive list of sins, because there are as many sins as there are possible human thoughts, words, actions, and feelings.
And frequently, it's not the "big sins" that are the most dangerous, instead it is the little sins. It's the tiny things that begin to eat away at our faith, because we refuse to acknowledge that we have erred, that we have caused injury.
The drowning of the old man through repentance is simply part of what it means to live as a Christian here in this world. We must be actively vigilant in regard to our own selves. To be on watch and on guard against our own faithlessness. Of course that by itself would bear only the fruit of misery, of despair, ride, and spiritual death. As no one can be justified by the Law, and the Law continues to show us that even in our best attempts we fail. So while that vigilance against the old Adam at work through the disordered passions of our flesh is necessary, that does not produce faith. Rather faith always comes from outside of ourselves as the gift and work of God, and it is through faith that we are justified, apart from the Law, apart from all our works and striving to faithfulness and obedience to God's commandments. Our hope, our forgiveness, our peace, our life with God is found exclusively in the Gospel of Jesus Christ; and the free and abundant gifts which He pours out, giving to us unworthy sinners. By which God declares us just, forgiven, free, alive, and children of His own Household in Jesus Christ our Lord.
