I don't think it is. The last person I carried that way was like 12. It's so attached in my mind to my little sisters, and cousins, so it just isn't for me.

I'm the same way here. I'm only 5'9", shorter than my two older male cousins and my maternal grandfather, but I am seen as the "big older brother" in my family. I've given pretty much all my young female relatives piggybacks at one point or another, mainly when they were young.

If it did bring up any sexual feelings or excitement it would be perverted because of that.

I was expressing my opinion that it was no different to me. I have given girls my age (now, and at the time) who were not family piggybacks. I still do not get aroused sexually or in any other way because of the strong feelings of being "everyone's big brother".

To be completely honest, from my point of view, I could have a hot naked woman jump me for a piggyback and I just would not be sexually aroused from the piggyback. The naked woman now...

I've only seen two couples give each other piggyback rides - one seriously dating (they're married now) and one married.

In case you are unfamiliar with the term, a piggyback ride refers to a way of carrying someone of either gender. In the girl's case, she jumps up on the guy's back, wraps her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck, pressing her breasts into his back. :o

If it does, the guy probably has never gone on a date with a woman before, or has an impossibly high libido. Even when I had never so much as kissed a girl in my life, it wouldn't have had that effect on me.

Definitely not. I'm pretty cautious in my dealings with the male gender. I hear enough from them to know some of the dos and do nots. But I was concerned after me, my flirtatious and well-endowed roommate, and my ex went home from dancing tonight. Her feet were hurting so he offered to give her a ride back. Then he took off to drive home in much more haste than usual. I just worried about why he was so eager to get home. Nothing I can do for him. He has accountability partners already. I just said a little prayer. I have really devoted a lot of time to praying for his sexual purity. Is it wrong of me to worry that he still probably struggles with porn or masturbation? Purity is a huge deal to me, but I've always felt that Christians should be more open about sex instead of ashamed, so I never was embarrassed to pray for him. He even finally got accountability partners for the first time after I had started praying for him, and I've noticed his eyes roaming much less. But maybe praying for him is too weird and I ought to stop?

My ex is sleeping with his girlfriend. It really gets to me. He used to be against sex before marriage. I don't think it's weird to pray for anyone though, prayer is good!

As for piggy backs, I'm okay with them with REALLY close friends (whose strength I trust). In fact there's a game my friends and I play at the beach which involves piggy backs, except you wrap your legs around the person's neck and sit on their shoulders. You get two pairs doing this. The people sitting on top then wrestle with each other, trying to pull the other off, and the two people on bottom try to keep their balance. This is done in the surf so that no one is hurt when the game collapses Of course, being in the water means the guys aren't wearing shirts and the girls are wearing shorts and bikinis.

I don't think I'll be asking anybody for piggy back rides real soon unless it's my brother, but I won't be so bothered by them either. And I should probably cut guys a little slack, because most of them aren't as sexually inclined as I sometimes assume. It's not like most of them get to fantasizing as soon as a hot woman walks by. :o

I can do the tango with that kind of girl and not be aroused.

I should say it can help but a lot of it is mindset.

The way I do the tango is step into it and take it very professionally as though I am there to do a job and you easily forget the fact that your thights are connected and she is almost (not quite) riding on your leg.

Hehe, I didn't read all of the posts but I thought this was a funny question. I think it really depends on the guy but for most chemically balanced men, I don't think it does that much.

Speaking for myself, it takes a bit more than that to tickle my pickle. I might get an endorphin rush from the workout but other than that, the only thing I might get out of it is a herniated disk.

I think your snap judgments are off a bit ... it totally depends on the situation ... the relationship and even the body chemistry at the time etc.

I wouldn't expect it to be something to happen every time, but it could easily happen, things like that happen all the time, and it doesn't mean lack of experience or hyperactive sex drive; thats an almost asinine conclusion.

Actually, I'd say it's about 95 percent accurate. No rule is without exceptions, but the exceptions don't invalidate the rule.
