Actually not becauae it's the working man who is supporting Trump.rigjt now. It's the Elites, and the radicals who are supporting Harris. Radicals generally aren't working, but are too busy protesting.
Elon Musk is a working man? Steve Schwarzman? Miriam Adelson? All those oil barons who Trump said to donate a billion dollars and he would reward them with favorable government policies? While Trump has plenty of blue collar supporters he has lots of very rich supporters as well.

I never said there were zero rich people supporting Trump. I said it was the working man who is and the elites and radical left who is supporting Harris. Both sides have some rich people supporting them as well. Most of the very rich are now Democratic supporters.

The working class. Firmly in the Trump camp.

So the rich are not "elites"?

As for the Elites and "radical left" <Looks at latest polls> Unless they make up 50% of the electorate I think you might be mistaken. Looks to me like it is only the non college educated males that are firmly in the Trump camp.

PEW research appears to disagree with you.

Yeah just like I said. Thanks for confirming that.

58% of low-income earners are Democratic compared to 36% Republican
50% of lower-middle income earners are Democratic compared to 46% Republican

How are these working class people "firmly in the Trump camp"?

Most low income earners are not part of the working class. They don't have full time jobs. They are dependant on government handouts.

If you add up all the middle income classes they are firmly in rhe Trump Camp.

And as I said the wealthy are firmly in the Democrat camp now. They are the party of the rich and the dependent.

You need a dictionary. 'Working' class refers to low income, generally unskilled workers. This includes fulltime or part time (and occasionally out of work)

Here's the dictionary definition from Merriam Webster - an American dictionary:
working class
: the class of people who work for wages usually in manual labor
This is the Oxford version;
working class
From or connected with the social class whose members do not have much money or power and are usually employed to do manual work (= physical work using their hands)

Of course you would separate on race. That's what division politics do.
You didn't bother to look at the link @Belk gave you-did you?

If you had, you'd be aware that the Rep/Dem breakdown by race comes from a survey by PEW research. Inclusion of a racial breakdown (white/black/hispanic) is normal in US demographic data.

Her campaign strategy is to keep everyone from finding out what she really wants to do.
She has flip flopped on several key issues and she is purposely being vague
Her campaign is almost solely based on emotion ... "feel good" ... well that don't solve our nations issues. It is very vague ... like when Pelosi said "you have to pass the bill to see whats in it" LOL. Reminds me of high school .... popularity contest. We face some serious issues and need to know how they will be addressed.

The Dems will be formally voting on policies at their convention. So only 7 more sleeps and you'll have all the details you need.
Hopefully they will ... I'm looking not only for what their policies are but HOW they will accomplish them.

What's interesting is rhe fact that Harris decided to STEAL Trumps plan on not taxing tips. And the media is acting like it's rhe most wonderful thing for Harris. When in FACT she was one who voted for taxing tips and cracking down on it in the first place. What on earth makes anyone believe in this plagarising woman?

Welcome to politics.

I mean, look at Trump's campaign. He fuels divisiveness and anger, and stokes the feeling of people who feel the country has been "taken away" from them...somehow. It's all based on emotion, just not the "feel good" kind. Maybe the feeling good bit is part of why Harris is surging in the polls, and Donny isn't. You can only stoke the flames of discontent so far.

Plus which, of course, let's not forget she's the candidate who isn't a convicted felon, with multiple guilty verdicts of fraud behind her, nor has she been proven guilty of sexual assault or defamation. That counts for something in many people's books.

We face some serious issues and need to know how they will be addressed.
Agreed. And I'm sure she'll address those issues, in due time. She's only been the candidate for a few weeks, it's not like she's has months or more to prepare for the run.

Though, since I've heard a lot of right wing folks complain about how "far left" she is, I think most people generally know about where she stands. But I do agree, we need more details, and more substantive answers. And I'm sure we'll get them.

-- A2SG, but let's not discount the all important "She's not Trump" part....that isn't an insignificant difference.....

Depends where you get your information from. It's from a junk site that gave you that out-of-context quote from Pelosi then you'll always come up short. Here it is in full: Did Nancy Pelosi Say Obamacare Must be Passed to 'Find Out What Is in It'?

'You’ve heard about the controversies within the bill, the process about the bill, one or the other. But I don’t know if you have heard that it is legislation for the future, not just about health care for America, but about a healthier America, where preventive care is not something that you have to pay a deductible for or out of pocket. Prevention, prevention, prevention–it’s about diet, not diabetes. It’s going to be very, very exciting.

But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy.'

Maybe that's what you need to do. Avoid the biased reporting, the edited speeches, the cherry picked quotes. Try to avoid, as she says 'the fog of controversy'. You'll be better informed.

You just confirmed that she said it. The added words don’t help any, it’s still just as ridiculous.
