Again, either read what she wrote, or ask her yourself. My point was that it doesn't matter. There was no "Court Packing."
She's not the one making a claim that the rules were changed by the Democrats. You are. I'm asking you to support that claim.

No, not "the" rules, but his rules; he changed the rules by refusing to hold a hearing for Garland because Obama was in his last year of presidency, then changed the rules back again for Donald's last month for Barrett. Well, I guess you could say he played by "some rules" but changed them as he felt expedient, a form of Calvinball.
He broke convention not a rule, but it was only after the Dems had broken the filibuster convention in other appointments.

It's not serious talk.
Maybe exercise some discernment?
I do excercise discernment and I thought no one could be so flagrant and obvious. But then you never know with the Left. If someone said the Left were going to sack Biden and install Harris before before Biden was busted people would be saying in way that close to an election.

But its not so much that they would actually do anything. But that some entertain this idea in the first place. Like its a reasonable option to float. Something to argue for as a possibility. I am sure there have been many meetings about the idea in back rooms and among Democrat faithfuls discussing the idea only to realise its too late and going a bit too far.

"the left" could be almost any tom dick and harry floating an idea on the intnernet.

OTH both Biden and Harris respective the office they hold and historical transfer of power. There is no basis whatsoever to imply either one of them would give such an idea the time of day.

Why do folks on the right capitalize "the Left"?

I agree. I think its the ideologues around tables in back rooms and especially the Leftist media. It mostly comes from profile ideologues in the media I think. They throw it out there to see if it gain legs.

Lol, I do it for both. I don't know. I think because it means more than just 'left' lol which could mean many things. It sort of gives importance or destinction that its about a particular side of politics. Its a bit like capitalizing Marxism or Conservatism. Sometimes I don't bother.
