Better said, anyone who breaks any God's commandments given to him is a sinner.

We are not sinners if we do not care about the commandments given to Adam, to Noah, to Israel or even to apostles, if they are not for us, too.
Hi, yes I agree. We cannot be called sinners from a law with commandments that were not given for us to keep.

In saying that, the sole purpose of God's commandments whether it through the OC law of works or NC of Faith is to archive "God's Righteousness".

Failing to archive "Righteousness" from either laws (works &Faith) means " "unrighteousness" or being called sinners.

Archive "Righteousness" then we're not sinners.

And the only way to archive Righteousness is through the NC law of the Spirit/Christ ie law that requires Faith. (A Righteousness that is by Faith).

I agree with the rest, but this seems to be a generalization. Could Israel achieve righteousness with commandments like "do not trim your beard"?

Many commandments had different purpose than righteousness.
