(Gift article of a very long article) The story had all the elements of a blockbuster crime saga: burner phones, semiautomatic weapons, silencers and bags of prepaid cash cards. “NOW WE HAVE PROOF!” blared the headline on the right-wing website Gateway Pundit. “Massive 2020 Voter Fraud Uncovered in Michigan.” (GP story from August 2023)

For the next 10 days, Gateway Pundit averaged a story a day on the topic, eventually publishing at least 40 pieces. During that period, an array of right-wing podcasters all discussed the story on their shows, including former Fox personality Dan Bongino, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk and Jack Posobiec, a far-right blogger.

On Sept. 5, Trump posted about the story on Truth Social, without comment, and was reposted 3,300 times.

Twelve days after the initial story was published, the Michigan attorney general’s office issued a statement responding to the report, citing its “false claims of election law violations.”

The story referenced “thousands of fraudulent ballots” caught by Muskegon City Clerk Ann Meisch. Grateful readers deluged her office with hundreds of calls, hailing her as a hero.

But Meisch knew it wasn’t true.

According to police reports, the Michigan attorney general’s office and an interview with Meisch, an employee of a voter registration drive company had submitted to the Muskegon city clerk thousands of voter registration applications weeks before the 2020 election, some with faked signatures and faulty addresses.

Meisch’s staff spent hundreds of hours weeding out the bad applications.

“There were no fraudulent ballots,” Meisch said in an interview, “not a single one that anyone in my office was aware of.”

["The state attorney general’s office said that while it had not ruled out that a crime may have been committed," there's no evidence of any election fraud, since Meisch and her staff did their jobs. FBI was also alerted; they have no comment.]

The site’s founder, Jim Hoft, who started blogging as a hobby in 2004, is among “the best at creating a right-wing echo system,” right-wing podcast host and former Trump adviser Stephen K. Bannon said in an interview.

Once Gateway Pundit puts one of its signature all-caps headlines on a story,that provides what Bannon calls an “infrastructure” upon which his own podcast and other right-wing outlets and influencers can build.

“Check Gateway Pundit, Epoch Times and The Blaze right when you get in. … These are very helpful to find good OAN content,” read one Jan. 14, 2021, email to producers from the channel’s news director.

A former Trump administration official who denies that Joe Bidenrightfully won the 2020 election nevertheless told The Post in an interview that if you cite Gateway Pundit in an argument, “it means you’ve lost."

There has been a lot of stink in recent years about the electoral college being what decides who is president. What if all states did it like ME and NE that is to say that the votes may be split based on how each district voted. In this way each vote would count without the people in the cities having too much control.

At least 70 people were killed and dozens injured Wednesday in two blasts that struck the central Iranian city of Kerman, emergency services said. Thousands of mourners had gathered there to commemorate the fourth anniversary of the assassination of Maj. Gen. Qasem Soleimani, an Iranian military leader who was killed in a U.S. strike in Iraq in 2020.

A spokesman for the country’s emergency department was quoted by Iran’s state-run news agency as saying 73 people were killed and 170 were injured.

The deputy governor of Kerman, the slain general’s hometown, said the incident was a “terrorist attack,”

There was no immediate claim of responsibility.

In the NT the word “flesh” means “old man” or sin nature nearly every time it’s used; the OT usage is always in reference to the physical body. Romans 8:9 gives the saint the most “exhorting” word! It speaks of the sin nature (“flesh”) being in the believer, but the believer is not in the sin nature (something only God can do), but “in the Spirit.” The crux of this stupendous spiritual-growth truth is that the “old man” can no longer cause the Christian to desire to sin. It’s what the desire is in the heart that God wants, “For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also” (Mat 6:21). If our Father has our heart, He has the whole of us, because the treasure in a soul counts for all!

Paul owned up to the fact that the sin nature was his (Rom 7:14, 18). Thankfully he also owned up to the fact that it was no longer himself, after the new nature, that was sinning, but himself after the old man (vs 17, 20—which he was no longer a part of). He declared that he no longer desired to sin: “For that which I do I allow not” (v 15). This answers to his usage of the word “captive” (v23). A captive is held against his will and desire, thus his intention is to say that his sins are always against his desires; and this is where it all matters to God—in the desires of the heart.

Desire to please God instead of desire after the old man is exactly what God is always “working in us” (Phl 2:13). The saints desires after the new man (new nature) is all that the Father takes into account, thus His forgiveness and love are never broken, but are persistently and permanently exercised within us; as all He sees is that “treasure” (loving and pleasing God) which is eternally in the heart.

The gist of this entire issue is that Christians should never feel guilt concerning any issue, as God always brings us to repentance concerning our sins (unless we’re not really His yet). When we realize our sins we are still under God’s forgiveness because He knows we will always repent (1Jn 1:9); and it is the guilt that Christ’s Cross keeps us from (Mat 6:13), so that we can maintain an unbroken-peace as much as possible; so we can be used of Him, to draw the lost and strengthen the saved!!

There's been a lot of fuss made about Oli the Cat who completed the Sydney-Hobart sailing race in Hobart today.


Oli seemed to purr-ceive the whole thing in typical feline fashion - nonp(l)ussed.

The Sydney-Hobart race is an annual event with yachts sailing out of Sydney Harbour on Boxing Day and down to Hobart in Tasmania, a distance of about 630 nautical miles.

Some of you might have seen me post this before but I just noticed that I don't think I posted this at the proper section. So I am posting this again. Read below:

I decided to start my own ministry account on Youtube. It will consist of interviews I will take from different people that have capabilities to speak on particular topics, from Theology to Apologetics or Christ-centered discussion on current events. I decided to start my interview from this one friend. From our past conversations, I've always had the impression that the way she talks about scripture is worth recording. I always found her to be insightful and I decided to have her speak on a particular passage. This is just a test to see if her speeches would be useful for the public. Instead of just me hearing her in our conversations, I want to see what people will think if they hear her too. So this video has her speaking on Genesis 4, and I have 2 links for it because we did it on Zoom and it has a time limit. So we had to do it in 2 rounds. Watch out video below and tell me if her talks are really worth taping for others to hear. It's just my impression that this is a special talent that can be useful for other people. On Sunday December 17, 2023, lightning literally pulverized the key and halo of the statue of Saint Peter, located on the facade of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Rosary of San Nicolas, north of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Given what we know now, a coronavirus pandemic that emerged out of Wuhan more than three years ago seems less like a coincidence.

A leaked document coauthored by American and Chinese scientists provides fresh and disturbing evidence supporting the Covid origin lab-leak theory.

Emily Kopp, an investigative journalist at U.S. Right to Know, an online publication about “Pursuing truth and transparency for public health,” reported recently that her organization has obtained a 2018 grant proposal called Project DEFUSE, coauthored by the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) and their counterparts in the United States, including EcoHealth Alliance.

According to Kopp, Project DEFUSE “proposed engineering high-risk coronaviruses of the same species as SARS and SARS-CoV-2.” The content of this proposal is concerning for several reasons. First, the proposal “involved synthesizing spike proteins with furin cleavage sites — the same feature that supercharged SARS-CoV-2 into the most infectious pandemic pathogen in a century.”

Second, the proposal publicly stated that such risky research would be done at American scientist Ralph Baric’s high-containment BSL-3 lab at the University of North Carolina. But Peter Daszak, CEO of EcoHealth, revealed in his private comments that once the project is funded, he would let the WIV conduct some of the risky research, despite knowing the WIV is only a BSL-2 lab and has “fewer safety precautions than required in the U.S.” Baric responded that “U.S. researchers would ‘freak out’ if they knew the novel coronavirus engineering and testing work would be conducted in a BSL-2 lab.”

According to Kopp of U.S. Right to Know, “Biosafety levels range from one (BSL-1) to four (BSL-4), with BSL-4 being the most stringent. … Many scientists say viruses that may be transmitted through the air should at minimum be studied in BSL-3.”

Daszak and other Americans on the project team omitted to disclose the WIV’s involvement to Project DEFUSE’s intended funder, the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), “in order to evade any national security concerns about doing high-level biosecurity work in China.” Daszak didn’t provide Chinese scientists’ resumes to DARPA “to downplay the non-US focus of this proposal so that DARPA doesn’t see this as a negative.”


What’s even scarier is that these documents “also show the researchers intended to use less regulated SARS-related coronavirus research as proof of concept in order to extend their high-risk methods to more deadly viruses like Ebola, Marburg, Hendra and Nipah,” according to Kopp. Some scientists’ ongoing interest in experimenting with those contagious and lethal viruses is one of the many reasons why we must understand the origin of Covid-19 because such knowledge may help prevent the next pandemic.

From the time of Moses on there are four ages the Bible talks about. It is not rocket science but the way it is obscured from the view of modern Christianity maybe says otherwise.

1. Old Covenant age: The age God pretty much exclusively operated his kingdom through Ancient Israel. Used it to write his word for us, bring the messiah, and made it the Normandy beach head for his long-planned invasion of planet earth by his invisible kingdom. It ended in 70 AD. Mat 24, Luke 21, Mark 13, most of the apostles’ letters plus about a chapter of Revelation and other OT end time prophecies are about this.

2. Second Covenant age. When Jesus came and it was time to invade planet earth with his kingdom through the preaching of the gospel to all nations. It has no prophesied end.

3. The age of the four gentile empires. EXPLICITLY prophesied about in Daniel chapters 2&7 and Revelation. Started in 597 BC when Nebuchadnezzar conquered Judea. Ended in 1453 AD when the Roman Empire fell. It has its own body of end time prophecy. Jesus called this the age of the gentiles where both the natural city of Jerusalem and the New Jerusalem, God’s people of all nations would be trampled underfoot by the heathen. Really an age of oppression everywhere of real believers who were mostly underground. I have to mention that IT BLOWS MY MIND that this is not universally recognized as a specific age by all Christian teaching. But it is what it is.

4. Finally, the promised age. The time it was prophesied to come was when the Roman empire ended in 1453 AD. It has around 100 chapters of prophecy and promise regarding it. Those chapters of prophecy are to be the focus of our faith in this present age that also has no prophesied end. They are prophecies of billions coming to Christ and a growing free world where all the earthly promises of God made to a hundred generations of saints, unfulfilled in their generations, could finally start coming to pass in this growing free world pioneered by Christians. Those earthly promises could not be fulfilled in that age of oppression. Things got even worse for true believers once Jesus came, not better like they are now for 100’s of millions. The catalyst that brought this about was the Bible (illegally) making its way into the hands of the general public which among many other things empowered them to start winning the wars of extermination against them. That started to happen immediately after the fall of the 4th empire, What a fight it has been over this last 570 years.

Here is the timeline on this. Daniel 7 prophesies about 10 emperors of the Roman Empire, then an 11th who makes war of the saints and overcomes them for a time, two times and a half time. This number is repeated 5 times concerning the Roman Empire in the book of Revelation 13:5, 12:6,14 &11:1,3 as 1260, 42 months and times, two times and a half time. Turns out it is the number of years from the beginning of this 11th emperors reign till the end of the empire. Simply subtract 1260 years from 1453 AD and you get 193 AD. The beginning of the reign of Septimius Severus who fulfilled what Daniel 7 says about him precisely. That tells you who the ten emperors were that preceded him. But you can also start from 597 BC to see this.

In Revelation we have a prophecy of the Roman Empire splitting into an eastern and western branch, It is illustrated as a lamb with two horns. The two horns illustrate the split. The lamb illustrates the empires claims of Christianity, and it speaking the words of the dragon illustrating the devil is self explanatory. It has an infamous number. 666. That was the number of years from the beginning of the age of the four gentile empires when Nebuchadnezzar conquered Judea 597 AD, until Titus the prince of Daniel 9:26-27 destroys Jerusalem in 70 AD. There is no year -0-. making it 666 years. The next ten emperors after Titus are the same ten in Daniel and Revelation. The Bible is God's supernatural book. You cannot fake these kinds of numbers thousands of years in advance and come within 100's of years, much less the exact years. But then to tell us of a growing free world that never existed before and the billions coming to Christ. Wow!

So there is a common term in our culture, frienenmies. I started thinking about Jesus and how he would respond, and it occurred to me that Judas may have been considered a modern day frienemie. Although quite an extreme situation.

I'm interested in hearing about others experience. What kind of witness can we be in these situations when you see the other may be using you for their benefit? What about the ones that proclaim Christ in their lives? Is this just a female thing or do guys experience this too?

This past Sunday at church, we played and sang one of my new favorite worship songs from River Valley Worship called “Ask, Seek Pray”. I want to share the first verse of this song as we embark on a brand new year.

Give us clean hands give us pure hearts
Show us that's where the miracle starts
Beyond what I want beyond what I see
The change for my world begin it in me

As I listened to these words yesterday as we played this on praise team, I was thinking about how we came to the end of a full year and looking to begin a brand new year. Our pastor had an amazing sermon on sadness as he talked about how so many struggle with this time of year and things that have happened to leave voids in our lives. Many enjoy this time of year while others struggle with losing loved ones or remember hard times from the past for this time of year. There can be many reasons why people struggle during Christmas.

During response time, after the sermon, as we started playing “Ask, Seek, Pray” people were invited to come and ask for prayer through their hard times of sadness. As I sat there playing on stage, I watched so many people come forward and it was so moving. As we all start this new year, whatever we might be struggling through or trying to recover from, let’s ask God to help us begin a new year seeking Him and relying on His strength for each new day.

Let’s pray that God would start to do amazing things through us so that we can love on others as He has called us to do.

“Father give us clean hands and hearts as we begin this new year. Forgive us for all the ways we have been so selfish and consumed with only what we want. God, please give all those who are experiencing hurt and sadness Your strength and comfort. Surround them with people who can relate and show comfort through these hard times. Help us to ask, seek and pray for Your will to be done in our lives so that we can see past the things we want and focus on how we can help change people’s lives in a positive way with Your love.”

In the course of the discussion of this document, and the fallout from it, it is mentioned that there are Catholics who are leaving the Roman Church because this is absolutely the last straw for them.

Do you see a problem with this? My thought is that pure and simple disgust over sin in the Latin church is a problematic reason for leaving. My conversion took place because in looking over the history of the Christian faith and the works of the Fathers, I could not find certain Roman dogmas, and in fact found that they were invented after the schism of 1054 AD.

What I am saying is that one should be attracted to the Orthodox faith because it is truth, not because of emotional issues within the body you are leaving.

Don't tell me GOP is still going to run on debt for reelection, they've been talking about it for the Last 15 years. The loons on the left and right better come together and budget. Something not mentioned is "if or when" we have a recession will we have the tax receipts to service the interest on the debt. I still need my entitlements!

I never reported it. I thought he was my friend. But when he told me when people kill themselves for allah they get 72 virgins in heaven. I told him thats stupid. Then I was choked out for a little while, I was in shock, and I did not even hit back, I just kept backing up and i felt a wall. I am not into violence. I could have done something, but i think not doing something, was the better choice. It will stick with him more, conviction wise.

Stories that set the record straight about election innuendo are not typically broadcast in right-leaning media, which means that millions of people receive no information to help them make a more informed decision about what happened in 2020.
