Most view Antifa as a very loosely organized left wing group. How many are basically homesless kids who are more anarchist than polical left or right? Looks like anarchists joined in the riots of the summer of 2020. They did strongly oppose the Proud Boys, and other right wing groups.

Unusual case of lethal violence
If Reinoehl is implicated in the case, it would mark the first time in recent years that an antifa supporter has been charged with homicide, said Brian Levin, director of the Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism at California State University.
"Unlike the white supremacist and the far right, which glorifies mass violence by loners and small cells against minorities and enemies, hard-left violence has generally been less fatal and more directed towards property, racists and to a lesser extent police and journalists," Levin said.
It seems that when right wing violence, really violent stuff, is brought out, Trump supporters cry, "but, ANTIFA!" I think the right wing is better art organizing, and the left is more relaxed about it. Read the links I provided. This sentence is key:
