That does not mean much. You can find also African, Asian, Middle Eastern or American Native nations and tribes doing horrible things. Its not a "white" or a "Christian" thing to do evil.

Christian European nations were simply more advanced technologically and philosophically, more explorers and had a better structured society that allowed for the global scale.

Go read Jared Diamond's book, Gun's Germs and Steel. It's old and has been challenged by some, but it's far better than merely saying that Europeans had a more developed culture, which is a very dubious notion.

I would argue the various Indic and East Asian civilizations philosophically were at least as sophisticated as the West, if not moreso. Schopenhauer drew heavily from Asian philosophies, so it's not like "the West" was completely isolated from the East.

In a general sense:

Is a forced over representation of various minorities and the public celebration and support of unhealthy and non working lifestyles an indication that such a society/country is becoming ineffective and decadent and will be conquered/replaced by another one?

We can also add single parent homes, sensitive men crying and concentrating on their feelings, the epidemic of obesity, minimal birth rate, gender quotas, whatever you see as a part of the decadence or of the ineffectivity.

Or, can it still maintain its political, economic, military and democratic strength for a long time (two, three or more generations)?

Discuss.
I was convinced we were toast when 81 million voters chose Biden over Trump. That's proving out.
