The next Shmita year is supposed to begin in 2014 and the new cycle start in 2015. Do these tie in with the seven year tribulation?

Well, there should be a war or greater conflict involving the middle east beginning before Passover 2014 if that same pattern holds true. Blood moons continuing through the fall of 2015. 3.5 years from Passover we end up in 5777. This would end another jubilee cycle too from 1967.
