I stopped exercising for a day and I suffered bouts of migraines and headaches. It's been happening for some time now each time I don't exercise for a day.
This happens when the body is toxic loaded. By testing outside the official places you might find a good inexpensive tester to verify what toxins are too many in your system, and learn how to detoxify (as most people must learn these days) , and be free of those problems (look up the water cure too) ,

or take drugs.

I don't eat junk food, no fast food, no sweets. My diet in the last couple of months has been mostly fish, bread, banana, and vegetables.

So far, all the symptoms are mostly in my head (no pun intended) and some in the chest (heart) region.

I've been dealing with very high levels of stress for couple of years now though. Could be stress. Lower levels of stress have been known to kill perfectly healthy individuals so could be it. So far, exercise seems to help hold things together.

But why only my head and the heart? The rest of my body fees perfect otherwise.

Complications of Covid also commonly affects the head and heart region.

I stopped exercising for a day and I suffered bouts of migraines and headaches. It's been happening for some time now each time I don't exercise for a day.

It started back in the year 2020, the start of Covid pandemic. I might have been infected back then but is completely asymptomatic. Then I got infected back in 2021 where the symptoms are stronger but still asymptomatic to some degree. At the time, my migraines got worse if I don't exercise.

This year I think my condition is the worst yet. If I don't do my daily 2 hr exercise, skip for just a day, I'll get severe migraines. Sometimes no migraines but bouts of vertigo-like symptoms (not spinning but feels more like being hit by a big sea wave, strong vibrating sensation in my head, like someone taped a phone in my head and make it vibrate). It's a very weird sensation, almost feels good but also feels like I'm going to lose consciousness.

Migraines themselves look weirder too with visual artifacts that looks like group pictures of people.

Otherwise, if I keep to my daily 2 hr exercise, no problems whatsoever and feel perfectly healthy. I think there might be something in my head I couldn't be bothered to get checked.
My back has caused so much leg pain it’s limited what I can do. DDP Yoga has a back pain program I’m going to try that and I’m looking into inversion but read that it causes pressure behind the eyes and makes glaucoma worse. I don’t have glaucoma but don’t want to cause any eye problems.

Yes Covid and the vaccine have all kinds of lingering effects.

You don't have to do full inversions to do spinal decompression. Cat, cow, and child's pose are all examples of yoga poses that can involve some spinal decompression.

Worse for me because I had a bad concussion thrice in my childhood. It left some deformities in my skull. I never got any medical attention for it. I was ok because all the pain left in a few days. My migraine headaches are usually concentrated at the site of the three concussions

The day before yesterday I put on a weighted vest and did about twenty minutes of walking and jogging.

Yesterday my morning HRV reading was bad, so I retook it and it was still bad. So I took a rest day. Maybe I have been exposed to a virus.

My morning HRV today is in the normal range today but I still have some brain fog. So I probably will try to take it easy today.

I got the inversion table. It arrived yesterday and I have to put it together. I have been doing knees to chest and bridges and I am going to do the DDP Yoga back program.
When I did physical therapy they put me in traction and that helped so I think inversion will help. I want to get back to working with the mace for 30 minutes and my other workouts. I have lost 65 pounds now and want to lose 35 more.

Got the inversion table set up and trying it out now. I had an epidural yesterday so I’m only going to do a few minutes today and ease into using it. I’m going to try 10 minutes.

Did 15 minutes of inversion this morning. I’m debating whether to workout or not. The leg pain is almost completely gone and I don’t want to risk irritating it.
I may do a light upper body workout later and I’m going to do some more inversion.
I go back to work tomorrow and I won’t have to do as much walking. I’m the interim supervisor and yesterday I applied to take the position permanently.
When I started in November of 2022 I was 340 pounds and not used to a lot of walking. My knees ached and there was nerve pain. I resorted to taking Norco to deal with the pain. Now I have lost 65 pounds and my knees are doing great it’s just the nerve pain I have to deal with. At my follow up appointment I am going to ask about pain medication again because when the nerve pain flares up I have to be able to keep going. I’ve been taking Excedrin but it has Tylenol in it and taking it regularly is bad for the liver.
I’m able to walk further and faster than when I started except when I have nerve pain, sometimes it’s debilitating.
The workout I am planning for today is
Flys superset with Incline Dumbbell Bench Press x 3 supersets
Total Gym Pull Ups X 3 sets
InnStar Shoulder Press x 3 sets
Band Curls x 3 sets
Reverse Grip Expanders X 3 sets
Inversion 15 to 20 minutes

Now I am reading that Umary. contains diclofenac and that is what is killing the pain. That could be, it’s working very well. I’ve ordered some TUDCA to protect my liver from the side effects

I've been trying to increase my activity in the past week, somewhat. I've been doing more walking in the early morning before it gets hot. Walking seems to work fine in gradually lowering resting heart rate and increasing fitness, and doesn't seem to disturb my ability to recover.

Yesterday I went to the gym and recorded DFA Alpha 1 values using an ECG chest strap and FatMaxxer. My first ventilatory threshold seems to have increased, which means the upper range for my Zone 2 type training has gone up, from 135 to 142 bpm. Maximum heart rate may have also increased to around 190 bpm, though I am only estimating it based on changes in DFA Alpha 1.

Yesterday my watch also recorded low stress and better recovery, but during the night my Body Battery didn't change much. I'll have to take my morning HRV and see how it goes.

My pain is still low. I fell back asleep this morning and didn’t do inversion so I plan to do it when I get home.
I plan to stop taking Umary when I don’t have pain without it and then only take it as needed.
I’m looking forward to my workouts this week and can’t wait to get started.
edit:
Did inversion now I can’t sleep and I have an interview in the morning. I’ll get a little sleep in a bit and do some more inversion in the morning.

Yesterday I spent about an hour and a half in the gym. I did some more intense threshold traininng intervals on an elliptical for about twenty minutes, and about ten minutes of rowing, plus some warmup and cool down on recumbent bikes and arm cycles.

Even though my HRV is OK today, I'm still taking an active recovery day today just due to the amount of exercise I did yesterday. I'm going to do some stretching, Pilates, and stand on my vibration plate.

Today my morning HRV came back 6/10, so I'm advised to take another rest day. My sleep quality also wasn't the best, though I got enough time asleep, the HRV during the night wasn't the best.

On saturday I will probably do a normal low intensity routine at the gym.
