There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches. - Proverbs 13:7
If E = mc2 then we can divide and conclude that... Mass (m) = Energy (E/c2)
And there are three varieties...
Natural E/c2 - All mass is basically cooled plasma
Mental E/c2 - Our brains output is a result of E/c2
Spiritual E/c2 - E (motivation, warmth, love) / c2 (faith, hope, charity, joy)
It is amazing thing that we can harden our heart against the spiritual E/c2, or we can allow our heart to remain melted and tender. In the Proverbs it speaks of he who makes himself rich, but has nothing. The reason is because the spiritual E/c2 is neither the natural or mental E/c2. You cannot learn or buy the spiritual E/c2, it comes out of he who tends to his virtue.
And part of the nurture of virtue is being merciful to the needy.
