But then, faked age is still fake.

And embedded age is still embedded.

Do you know the difference?

Or are you going to ACT like you're some kind of expert on it too?

Ya?

And what's the difference?

Now you sound like there is a difference between Omphalos/Last Thursdayism and Embedded Age Creation.

Since you said, "So can ..."

I submit you're confused and don't know what you're talking about.

It's all extra-Biblical BS to me either way. Either take the Bible as it states, no mess and no thrills, or accept what the science and study of God's creation actually says about the Earth and His creation. Don't try and mix and match what you want like some insane religious pick and mix.

Except that the ones largely making claims in line with Omphalos, and general extra-Biblical nonsense are Americans.

That's because they're following an Englishman, who started it.

Reminds me of another Englishman who started some extra-Biblical nonsense too.

Ok, let me guess what the next step is (since I have seen this about 40 times). The counter point will be that "well they are still fruit flies, salamanders, yew plants,..., now instead of species pretend that I really ment to say kind. But guess what, I won't define kind ok."
The whole debate is kinda silly, from my point of view. I'm not a scientist. Meanwhile, I can't prove the miracles that have happened in my life, so where does that leave me?

Fact is, nobody knows regarding evolution. we can determine what we believe could have happened, but the key words there are "believe" and "could". I don't like arguing beliefs with people, especially under the guise of "science". That's why I quit arguing this over a decade ago, though I really got into it for several decades before that. Few, if any, minds are changed, so I'll spend my time on more fruitful endeavors.

Yeah, that's not how things like that work. You can't pin the blame on someone else because you get called out something.

Equivocation is often the only weapon one has left when the facts have deserted you.

So are false accusations.

But I submit you don't understand the facts I'm giving you.

So your false accusation is out of ignorance, not spite.

(Correct me if I'm wrong.)

You have no clue what I believe.
Given the internal inconsistencies of your posts, routine equivocation, random unsupported critiques of minutae and morasse, use of logical fallacies, and other abuse of rhetorical devices I can readily attest that I have no idea what you believe and have now ceased to care.

Getting a little testy are we?

What's also sad is that you're leading others astray as to what I believe, and creating a following of your own at my expense.

Your bologna is confusing them.

BCP1928 being the only exception.

I'm not needed to lead others astray since your own posts show that even you yourself are inconsistent in your beliefs. As long as your own reading of the Bible is not offended or contradicted, that's all that matters.
It's not about the Bible. It's all about your own personal reading of the Bible.

Call me out all you want.

Just make sure you know what you're calling me out on.

Or I'll come out and put you in your place ... expert.

You think my own reading of the Bible makes me a YEC, right?

Or Omphalos, or Last Thursday, or whatever?

Is this correct?

Fact is that while we do not know with 100% certainty that evolution occured as we currently envisage, we can state with 100% certainty that it has been observed and confirmed by science and by observant laypersons tens of thousands of times. (That's an understament.)
We can also state with complete confidence that no other explanation for the diversity of life comes as close to accounting for the plethora of observations and experiments on evolution that have been documented, tested and validated.
I am not clear why you choose to ignore this and instead adopt a strawman description of evolutionary theory, twisting the words "believe" and "could" to support a distorted and inaccurate picture of the situation.
Where I can agree with you is that having adopted that flawed position it is pointless for you to debate the issue further.

No, you're just a guy who really does not seem to care about the Bible at all, only your own personal interpretation of it.
