This sounds as though you haven't yet read Isa 53. It's all there.Knowing about a suffering Messiah is not the same as personally feeling responsible for His torture, murder and humiliation, since he has not yet gone through that yet.
4 Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted.
5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Could't be any more clear.
Anyone who believes that the Messiah (Christ) died for their sin will be saved. You cannot be crucified with Christ if Messiah has not been crucified yet.
1 Cor 15:3 - For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance : that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,
His death on our behalf is of "first importance". I believe that.
