Which Church/Fellowship do you attend?

Hello

I am curious as to which type of church we all attend.

I used to be in Assemblies of God, was there for 8 years, left two years ago, thinking of going back because they have a new pastor.

I am also involved in a Chinese Christian Fellowship, helping out as treasurer.

Sometimes I also visit the local Brethern church on Sunday AM.

Yourself? What type of church/fellowship do you attend? How do you like to help out in your local church/fellowship?

I'm a member of a Southern Baptist congregation.

I've been attending for almost 2 years now. I work in the nursery every Wednesday evening. I play violin on the praise team. I teach a small group of teenage girls.

This year I also co-coached a little kids basketball team as part of our Upward program.

And I'm going to be on the softball team this summer.

Softball is like baseball, only the ball is bigger and you pitch underhanded. And we play coed.

I attend a Calvary Chapel church. Been there since August.

Was a member of a CMA church for 21 years, since I got married my wife and I really didn't have a home church until about 3 months ago. Now we're kind of settling in with Vineyard Church (they're not like a lot of other Vineyard churches though). I also listen to a lot of sermons from Mars Hill Bible Church all the way over in Michigan... I feel like I'd call that my church if I could but alas, I'm out here in California.

Nah, it's not soft. Slightly softer than a baseball but not enough to really make much difference. Believe me, I've been hit in the head with one before.

Yes. Cricket, rugby, football (soccer) and tennis.

Tennis is a good game, but that net is always getting in the way

It is around my neck of the woods. I don't know about the rest of the country, really. We love it here in the Rockies, though.

Softball's played quite a bit by women of all ages and men who are older and maybe played ball in high school or college.

I still have my ties with Anabaptist brethren and Baptist as well as Calvinists however
I am currently attending LCMS Lutheran churches. Two churches, one is 'hearing' and they other is 'deaf'. They both are near by.
