Yikes - a pup, too! You do have your hands full.

When these 3 are older you might decide you'd like another....
Although I guess it's really expensive, too.

i don't want to let the dog out cause i have to take the kids out with me, cause we live on the third floor of our apartment and husband is at work

wow - snowing?
Is that unusual for you this time of year?
I live in the mountains, in the northeast and there's a ski area down the road but we rarely get snow before the end of October.

Ah, that would be hard.
Is the dog good about waiting?
We live out in the middle of nowhere, and our dog is older and pretty well trained so it's not a big deal for me. She can go out alone during the day, but I like to go out with her.

we live in utah and the weather can change 20 minutes from now and be sunny then change again

the dog is only 12-13 weeks old
i guess if i get desparate to let her out then i will puit her on the patio and then clean it up later
but husband doesn't get home til like 10 or 11 tonight

i am trying to get the husband to think about getting her a different hoime as i can't really take her out during the day, and she is not really completely compatible with all members of the family

Oh, that will be hard I suppose, if you have to let her go, but you need to do what's best for your family.
And the pup is young enough that adjusting to a new home shouldn't be too hard.
