I can't peer into their minds, no. But it does seem to me that they shouldn't be describing anything: blind people have imageless dreams.

Here is Viki Naratuk's account given on an interview show. She was one of the subjects of Kenneth Ring's book I mentioned earlier. Viki has been blind since birth, she had one experience at age 12 form appendicitis, then a deep experience at 22 when she was in a car accident:
