Where are you getting this from?
You are attacking Trump because he refused to take part in the Vietnam war and I have something to say about war mongers that like to fight wars. Although you had many negative comments about Trump you may not even remember your war monger comment. I had a lot of friends that "served" their country in Viet Nam. One of them lost a let to a claymore mine. One told me they dug a big hole and put 325 bodies in it. When I was in training they were talking about putting bodies into body bags. They said if you put three arms or three legs into a body bag that is ok because no one really cares. Sometimes it is impossible to match up the arms and legs with the body. So I do not have much regard for people that say it is ok to draft people and send them there against their will. Even I know a guy who had a wife and two kids and was taking classes at the college. All the more they wanted him because he scored high on their tests.

And it's one, two, three,
What are we fighting for ?
Don't ask me, I don't give a damn,
Next stop is Vietnam;
And it's five, six, seven,
Open up the pearly gates,
Well there ain't no time to wonder why,
Whoopee! we're all gonna die.

The title of this thread is "I have found that anti-Trump people never give an example to show how awful he is," so I provided a list. One of the items on that list happens to be Trump falsifying medical records to avoid the Vietnam draft. Even if that weren't on the list, there are many more, and some far more convincing reasons besides that one, that show how awful he is.

I have something to say about war mongers like you that like to fight wars.
A warmonger like me that likes to fight wars? Are you sure you're not confusing me with someone else?

Although you had so many negative comments about Trump you may not even remember your war monger comment.
You're right, I don't remember ever making a comment that would make someone think that I'm a war monger. Can you point me to this "war monger comment?

I do not have much regard for people what say it is ok to draft people and send them there against their will.
Once again, I have no idea where you're getting this stuff from. What makes you think I'm OK with drafting people and sending them to war against their will?

The list I posted didn't say any of those things. It's a list that shows Trump's immoral and corrupt history, which is undeniable.

Yes he is.

crook
noun: a very dishonest person, especially a criminal or a cheat.

Evidence of this can be found in this post.
(I said BASICALLY you said that...)

More importantly:

Maybe God will hold your sins against you ?

since you hold another's sins against him, namely Trump's?

"Judge not, lest you be judged, for by what measure you mete, so shall it be meted unto you." (Jesus said)

Also, Check out Mt 18:23

You made a war monger comment and God is going to hold you accountable for every word that you speak. If you claim your comment was idle then all the more you are going to be accountable.
Matthew 12:36
But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

They just give you vague sounding stuff like: Trump's past life!!.. blah blah blah

or Trump has been indicted (Wow, what a Newsflash)

I was reading one of those tabloid things the other day just because it was there and the line was long in the store and I was bored.

It made it sound like some HUGE new info had come from the trial Trump is going through, the first of.. I believe 4 trials to try to derail his campaign/future presidency.

The huge news was SO awful that Melania, apparently is thinking of divorcing Trump and she doesn't sleep with him because... well, we don't know.

The article didn't even say what the huge news was (!)--the news Melania heard that ripped up her relationship with Trump (allegedly).

Wow... no wonder no one trusts "the media" anymore. No wonder most intelligent people don't actually buy those rags.

In any case... where was I?

oh yeh... I read the entire article because the line was really long and the article was not.. but there it was, the proverbial nothing burger. And leftists are ALWAYS doing this.. Trump is hideous! He's going to destroy democracy (how ironic that one is)... Trump this and Trump that but never any substantive INFORMATION to justify their emotional rantings.

It's astounding.

Intelligent people look at this kind of anti-Trump lunacy, TDS and think to themselves: That dude must be doing something REALLY REALLY right------------------------

:)
Trump is his own worst enemy. He is not convicted by the media.
Anyone with two eyes, two ears and a discerning brain can see the truth without any media assistance or editoralizing.
Selfish. Vindictive. Mean. Narcissistic. Found to be a fraud, tax cheat, and sexual assailant in unanimous Civil verdicts.
Just use your five senses and common sense.

I am surprised at his age that he does not know how to keep his mouth shut.
Although he has been doing a lot better sense he left the white house.
No, he hasn’t been doing better. He’s just not on twitter or tv anymore so he has less of an audience. He still says dumb stuff on TruthSocial all the time and the judge in his current trial has fined him at least $9000 for violating the gag order.

This makes no sense. Americans want to know and need to know what our leaders are thinking and doing.

Trump has always, always been quite forthcoming with the information Americans NEED to have. Listening to him is always a learning experience or virtually always (some of us already know a lot of what he knows, thanks to his honesty and willingness to share such knowledge).

I am talking about the way he responds to people that are critical of him. Sometimes he would be better not to say anything.
I usually like what he says.

He tells it like it is

I don't like phoniness.. politicians who say what is always "the best" and etc... because it often just strikes one as phony and political..

Coarse language and telling people what they want to hear is not "telling it like it is." The guy's entire public brand is built on a shallow concept of extravagant wealth. His return to the spotlight was built on his starring in a reality show. His entry into politics was built on a conspiracy theory. His professional and political history is littered with people he conned. He's mostly showbiz, which is the epitome of phoniness.

Trump had in his possession some of the most closely held secrets our government has. These secrets pertain to the military capabilities of our allies, our human assets in other parts of the world, and our nuclear program. They were kept in an unsecured location, and some classified information was shared with people who were not authorized to see or hear it. Do you cosider that to be petty nonsense?

Trump and his actions have been, and will continue to be for some time, a threat to our national security.

As a veteran myself and based on Trump's record on veterans and his lack of honesty, I have no reason question former White House Chief of Staff General John Kelly's remarks about him.

“What can I add that has not already been said?” A person that thinks those who defend their country in uniform, or are shot down or seriously wounded in combat, or spend years being tortured as POWs are all ‘suckers’ because ‘there is nothing in it for them... A person that did not want to be seen in the presence of military amputees because ‘it doesn’t look good for me.’ A person who demonstrated open contempt for a Gold Star family — for all Gold Star families — on TV during the 2016 campaign, and rants that our most precious heroes who gave their lives in America’s defense are ‘losers’ and wouldn’t visit their graves in France....

Trump is someone who is not truthful regarding his position on the protection of unborn life, on women, on minorities, on evangelical Christians, on Jews, on working men and women. A person that has no idea what America stands for and has no idea what America is all about... A person who cavalierly suggests that a selfless warrior who has served his country for 40 years in peacetime and war should lose his life for treason — in expectation that someone will take action, A person who admires autocrats and murderous dictators. A person that has nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions, our Constitution, and the rule of law.

“There is nothing more that can be said."

Trump's case isn't about a nondisclosure agreement. it's about falsifying business records in order to conceal an illegal conspiracy to undermine the integrity of the 2016 presidential election and other violations of election laws.

Nothing yet.

More contrarian arguments because you're responses are all "because I said so" and nothing more, half cocked comments and more biased opinions. All while still ignoring the current president has also done a lot of these.

I'll consider this conversation at an end because you seem disinterested in having a discussion. It's all just closed minded biased opinions sluffed as facts.

Good luck.

The current president did not try to retain possession of the documents and stonewall the National Archives when they came looking for them. The obstruction is why Trump is being prosecuted on this matter while Biden and Pence are not.

This is a thread about Trump, not the current president. I also provided facts in my response to you that support my opinion as to why I believe Trump to be a threat to national security and why he is unfit to be president of the United States.

I was interested in a discussion, but apparently it was you that wasn't since you ignored my question to you in my previous post.

Your reply is ridiculous to me, and obviously all the actual evidence with links and quotes from Trump have been invisible to some.

As to fraud:

fault/files/tto_release_properties_addendum_-_final.pdf
Take the time to read it or one can stay willfully ignorant if they wish.

A federal judge in the Southern District of California on Monday finalized a $25 million settlement to be paid to attendees of the now-defunct real estate seminar called Trump University. ....
"This settlement marked a stunning reversal by President Trump, who for years refused to compensate the victims of his sham university," the statement added. "My office won't hesitate to hold those who commit fraud accountable, no matter how rich or powerful they may be."
President Donald Trump is paying up after conceding that he used his charitable foundation at times as a personal piggy bank.

The auditor for former
president Donald Trump’s Trump Media was accused of running a “massive fraud” and a “sham audit mill” by the US’s top financial regulator on Friday.
BF Borgers and its owner Benjamin Borgers, whose clients include Trump Media, were charged by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with a fraud that affected more than 1,500 SEC filings. Borgers has also acted for financial tech and crypto companies, SEC filings show.
As to being a "great businessman":

Business bankruptcies

Although Trump has never filed for personal bankruptcy, hotels and casino businesses of his have declared bankruptcy[56] six times between 1991 and 2009 due to its inability to meet required payments and to re-negotiate debt with banks, owners of stock and bonds and various small businesses (unsecured creditors).[57][58] Because the businesses used Chapter 11 bankruptcy, they were allowed to operate while negotiations proceeded. Trump was quoted by Newsweek in 2011 saying, "I do play with the bankruptcy laws—they're very good for me."[59][60]
The six bankruptcies were the result of over-leveraged hotel and casino businesses in Atlantic City and New York: Trump Taj Mahal (1991), Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino (1992), Plaza Hotel (1992), Trump Castle Hotel and Casino (1992), Trump Hotels and Casino Resorts (2004), and Trump Entertainment Resorts (2009).[56]“It must be a pretty picture, you dropping to your knees.” — Trump to a female contestant in 2013 on an episode of “Celebrity Apprentice.”[61][62] Trump said "I've used the laws of this country to pare debt. ... We'll have the company. We'll throw it into a chapter. We'll negotiate with the banks. We'll make a fantastic deal. You know, it's like on The Apprentice. It's not personal. It's just business."[50]
Ad to his comments about women, I can't post the video of him talking to Billy Bush and how he "grabs them by " privates. Can't use the real word. Trump quotes:

“It must be a pretty picture, you dropping to your knees.” — Trump to a female contestant in 2013 on an episode of “Celebrity Apprentice.”
“It’s certainly not groundbreaking news that the early victories by the women on ‘The Apprentice’ were, to a very large extent, dependent on their sex appeal.” — Trump wrote in his 2004 book, “How To Get Rich.”
“You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. Blood coming out of her wherever.” — Trump in an interview with CNN in August 2015, referring to Fox News Channel anchor Megyn Kelly.
“Look at that face! Would anyone vote for that? Can you imagine that, the face of our next president? I mean, she’s a woman, and I’m not s’posedta say bad things, but really, folks, come on. Are we serious?” — Trump in a September 2015 interview with Rolling Stone, speaking about then-primary rival Carly Fiorina.
(BTW, I followed the guidelines for profanity in this post. Any profanity in the article was a quote of Trump, which is allowed per the SOP)

After Donald Trump was found liable for sexually abusing and defaming E. Jean Carroll, his legal team and his defenders lodged a frequent talking point.
Despite Carroll’s claims that Trump had raped her, they noted, the jury stopped short of saying he committed that particular offense. Instead, jurors opted for a second option: sexual abuse.
A judge has now clarified that this is basically a legal distinction without a real-world difference. He says that what the jury found Trump did was in fact rape, as commonly understood.

The criminal charges regarding classified documents include:

Like all indictments, this indictment includes some mandatory redactions (names of countries and individuals not charged), as well as listing 31 specific classified documents obliquely. We can do a bit of digging to de-anonymize or reasonably guess the contents of some of those.

The Charges

  • 31 counts of Wilful Retention of National Defense Information — 18 USC 793(e)
  • Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice — 18 USC 1512(k)
  • Withholding a Document or Record — 18 USC 1512 (b)(2)(A), and abetting
  • Corrupting concealing a Document or Record — 18 USC 1512[c](1), and abetting
  • Concealing a Document in a Federal Investigation — 18 USC 1519, and abetting
  • Scheme to Conceal — 18 USC 1001(a)(1), and abetting
  • False Statements and Representations — 18 USC 1001(a)(2), and abetting
The first group (wilful retention) relate to the actual holding and retention of specific classified documents. The final group of charges all relate to Trump’s conspiracy to hide them from government investigators and the Grand Jury during the investigation generally.

Do you want more?
I thought this was a pretty damning list regarding Trump.

I thought this was a pretty damning list regarding Trump.

Facts don't matter in a feelings fight.

There are people who feel that Trump is the good guy, because in their heart of hearts they identify with him. This should not, in itself, be surprising, for the Scriptures declare, "The heart is deceitful above all else, and desperately sick, who can understand it?" (Jeremiah 17:9). What is abhorrent and disturbing is that many who are of this persuasion call themselves Christians.

This is way beyond politics. Way beyond left vs right. This is a spiritual darkness.

You have one thing right here. What is happening in this country right now is spiritual darkness.

The difference is that you seem more interested in politics and power; I'm talking about the spiritual health of the Christian Church in America; I'm talking about what it means to believe and follow Jesus, and the cost of following Christ as His disciple.

When you bring up immigrants crossing the border, or transgender people, you aren't talking about what matters in the context of what it means to follow Jesus Christ.

I'm not interested in the ways that Christianity can be a tool for political control.

I'm interested in Christianity as the way of belonging to and following Jesus Christ, in accordance with two thousand years of Christian teaching, tradition, and the divine authority of the Scriptures handed down to us.

The Jesus of the Bible has nothing to do with flag waving and supporting the NRA. But with suffering, service, and love of the unloved and unlovely.

I admire your emphasis on the health of the church. Very important and I do not make light of that. This is actually a portion of the forum dedicated to General Politics. So is your criticism of me fair? As far as the transgender and illegal immigrant issue I will just say many Christians use scripture IMO in a deceptive way only to justify liberal agendas that do not line up with scriptural Christianity. I could be a lot more specific and blunt but I do not believe it will very well received.
