Whenever I have trouble understanding something in the Bible, I look for its opposite.

Study the Fruit on the Tree of Life and it will begin to reveal the answer.

Interestingly, the fig wasp burrows into the center of the fruit and pollinates the seed which blooms into a flower - unseen from the outside.

I remember the little bugs that came out of the bottom of the fig. We had to be careful what we bit into.

No, i can't relate to what you are implying. We have no trees that bears 12 different fruits. That would be wonderful.
