From Roe-Bots to Inflatable IUD in DC: Pro-Abortion Scare Tactics Hit a New Low

Watchmen vs Mediators

When Ezekiel becomes God's mouthpiece to the Israelites, it wasn't really about them changing or listening. God says they won’t listen. This is about Ezekiel being a witness to them so that one day they'll look back and realize that God tried to warn them of the coming danger.

"I'm going to make your tongue cling and stick to your mouth so that you will be silent. You will not be a mediator for the people because they are rebellious." God was appointing Ezekiel as a watchman but preventing him from being a mediator.

There is only one other prophet that God tells not to mediate on behalf of the people. Interestingly, this prophet lived at the same time as Ezekiel, but in Jerusalem. "As for you, do not pray for this people. I will not listen to you." It's as if God has to shut down the prophets.

There are times when the prophets act as mediators. And everytime God gives humans another chance, they inevitably mess it all up and create a chain reaction of violence, corruption, or rebellion until it reaches a crisis point.

Sometimes it leads to a flood of justice. The mediator will stand in the gap between God and people, and be like, "they're like stupid sheep, they don't know what they do." Instead of destroying, God works with humans as they are, because humans are no different.

The people don't deserve it. But God relents because of a mediator’s surrender and sacrifice. This is a moment of the point of no return. We're at the blood of the innocent crying out from the land. And God can't turn a blind eye to it anymore.

So we've got our Noahs of this generation, Jeremiah and Ezekiel, and God decides to take his anointed representative people. For God to be both holy and just, but also faithful to his promises, He has to lead these people into death so that he can resurrect them out the other side.

God's like, yeah, don't pull a Moses. Don't do the thing that Amos did. Don't ask me, I forbid you to intercede. It's been half a millennium and they're no different than the day I brought them up out of Egypt. The people have hardened their heart.

God describes Israel the way that Pharaoh was described when God hardens his heart. God's chosen representative had to endure suffering. There's something about the human condition that indicates it's both redeemable and also too far gone at the same time. 1 John 5:17.

The true image of God in humanity has to undergo a significant transformation. To bring about this, the prophets are silenced. So God takes us on a journey into the experience of death and resurrection.

Ezekiel and Jeremiah were not pleased with their situations. They were not particularly happy about their calling, but it was the Spirit of God that compelled them to stand up. Later, Ezekiel tried to mediate by appealing to God a couple of times because he couldn't help himself.

Jesus prays, “if it is possible, let this cup pass from me.” Then He willingly chooses to obey the Father’s will. The chosen one will die but then be resurrected, symbolizing the death of humanity so that we can be reborn to take part in the new creation."

“My soul is consumed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with Me.” Matthew 26:39

The World Was a Lie.

I am a male in my early 30's.

I was raised Christian and got saved at 17.

Then I went out into the world and became of the world.

I thought I had everything! Many people considered me very successful.

But on the inside I was scared, insecure, anxious and angry.

Went to church before Easter and really prayed.

God revealed a lot about my life and way more than I wanted to know.

However, I needed to know it.

Now, I am on fire for Jesus and my whole life changed. Peace, love, joy and love is what I feel on the inside.

Nature looks more green and the sky looks more blue!

I am loving my life and praise Jesus every single day!

Cops Stage Surprise 'Mock Shooting' on High Schoolers' Tour

Emails show police told school staff there would be "a mock shooting" involving "fake firearms." "Do you think that sort of incident would be ok for your group of students? It is about as real life as you can get," the department asked May 23, per Seven Days. "I think these students will be fine with this simulation," school staff reportedly responded, adding, "We will give a heads up to parents and students." Students and parents said they were not informed in advance.

Right wing media is facing a reckoning for lying to consumers

Here's a friendly reminder to us all about some of the reckoning being faced by right wing media for intentionally spreading misinformation to consumers. And it is encouraging to see these outlets and pundits suffer consequences for their lies. As Americans are still facing consequences from their lies as well.

I hearken back to when Tucker Carlson was fired from foxnews. I can still hear those rumors that he should be Donald Trump’s running mate. It still makes me chuckle. ^_^

a look at 1john

1 John 1:1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life — 2 the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us — 3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. 4 And these things we write to you that your joy may be full. NKJV

John is declaring that Jesus, the Son of God, came in the flesh to dispute a false teaching. Our fellowship is with the Father and Son Jesus the Christ.

1 John 1:5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. NKJV

A Christian cannot walk in the darkness (sin) and claim to have fellowship with Jesus. Fellowship is communications with each other. God will be communicating with the Christian, but they are not heeding God's voice. Without 2-way communications, God will not bless them.

1 John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us. NKJV

Without the Christian heeding Jesus' voice, the Christian will not confess sins. Discipline will start. In Romans 7: 14 Paul wrote that he was sold under sin. In the flesh all humans are slaves to sin. Spiritually being slaves to sin means we are physically addicted to sin. What is sin? John defines sin later in the epistle.

Out of numerical order: 1 John 3:4 Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness. 5 And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. NKJV

Sin is lawlessness. Lawlessness is complete disregard for the law. By James 2:10 if anyone breaks one of God's laws they break them all. The law is one complete unit and breaking one-point breaks all of the law. Romans 6: 14 Paul writes that we are not under the law but under grace. Being under grace means that God does not impute sin to us. Romans 8 :10 God sees us through Jesus and He is dead. Romans 8:9-11 therefore, God considers us to be dead with Christ. We must remain dead, by staying in Jesus until we die. At that time God will resurrect us. If we resurrect ourselves before then, by losing faith, we will be in sin. To stay in Jesus, we must continue to have saving faith. Colossians 1: 4-5 our faith comes from our hope we have in Jesus.

Since we still sin in Christ, I will write csin for all sin that is not imputed to us because we are in Him.

1 John 2:1 My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not csin. And if anyone csins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. 2 And He Himself is the propitiation for our csins, and not for ours only but also for (sins of) the whole world. NKJV

Jesus can advocate for all csins we commit. If we confess our csins God will forgive them. Csins are not violation of His commandment He gave us (1John 3:23 3rd paragraph below). They are disobedient children csins. Read Matthew 18:21-22 and Luke 17:3-4 to determine the limit of God's grace. Jesus is the propitiation for all sins of the world. The only sin the world will be guilty of is named in John 16: 8-9. That sin is not believing in Jesus.

1 John 2:3 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 He who says, "I know Him," and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. 6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. NKJV

John tells us the commandment He gave us later in the epistle. If we keep His commandment we know Him. Knowing Him is a very important point. If we say we know Him and do not keep His commandment we are liars. The love God gave us is perfected in us by keeping His word. It's up to us to perfect the love He gave us. John is warning us to ensure our salvation.

Out of numerical order: 1 John 3: 22 And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight. 23 And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment. NKJV

We know Him if we obey His commandments. By John 10: 14 Jesus' sheep (the elect) know Him. John 10: 3-4 His sheep know His voice and follow Him. If we do not keep His commandment, we are not part of the elect. Remember, John is writing this epistle to a Church of believers. The church can have believers that eventually will not keep His commandment to believe in Him and love fellow Christians.

Old Cross, New Cross

An Original Work / March 3, 2018

The old cross is the cross
On which our Savior died.
He took our sins upon himself,
And he was crucified.

He died upon that cross
To put our sins to death,
That we might die with him to sin
And live to righteousness.

The new cross, not the same.
On sin it puts no blame.
It satisfies the flesh of man.
He does not have to change.

Its god does not require
We leave our flesh’s desire.
It modifies and pacifies.
It strives to not offend.

But where, in all, lies truth?
It’s found in Jesus Christ.
He said that we must die to sin,
Live to His righteousness.

His Holy Spirit, gave,
To live within our lives,
To take away the pow’r of sin.
We live victorious!

So, no one has to sin.
Our Lord has made a way
That we can walk in holiness
And live for Him each day.

In truth, we must believe,
By faith, our Lord receive.
Accept Him now to be your Lord,
And walk in victory!

Wait until they get to Humans

Keep Yourselves from Idols

“I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life. And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us. And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests that we have asked of him.
“If anyone sees his brother committing a sin not leading to death, he shall ask, and God will give him life—to those who commit sins that do not lead to death. There is sin that leads to death; I do not say that one should pray for that. All wrongdoing is sin, but there is sin that does not lead to death.
“We know that everyone who has been born of God does not keep on sinning, but he who was born of God protects him, and the evil one does not touch him. We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life. Little children, keep yourselves from idols.” (1 John 5:13-21 ESV)

We don’t always know for certain what the will of God is in any given situation, do we? Now, if we read the Scriptures we can learn what his will is and what it isn’t with regard to the gospel message, and to our salvation, and in regard to the promise and hope of eternal life with God, and with regard to the subject of habitual and deliberate sin against the Lord Jesus. Those things are made clear to us in the Scriptures, but we must read the Scriptures in their appropriate context to learn the truth of the Scriptures, for so many people are teaching Scriptures out of context erroneously.

But we don’t always know God’s specific purpose for our individual lives other than what is stated clearly in the Scriptures, or to know where we are to go or what job to take, i.e. things which are everyday decisions we must make that aren’t addressed to us specifically in the Scriptures other than we are to seek the Lord and his counsel and direction, and we are to walk in his ways and in his truth and in righteousness, and not in sin. So sometimes when we pray for something, we may have to say with Jesus, “Nevertheless not my will but Thine be done.” That is still praying according to God’s will.

But what we can be most certain of is the message of the gospel, for it is stated for us clearly all throughout the New Testament, but we must guard against getting our gospel alone from Scriptures taught out of context, for many false gospel messages come from selected Scriptures taught outside their original context. For, to believe in Jesus is not just professing him as Lord or praying a prayer to receive him into our hearts. Belief in Jesus is persuasion of God to leave our lives of sin behind us and to now follow Jesus Christ in obedience to his commands in holy living (Luke 9:23-26).

And the Scriptures teach us that the way that we can know that we have eternal life with God is if we are dying to sin daily, by the Spirit, and if we are walking (in conduct, in practice) according to the Spirit and not according to the flesh, and in walks of obedience to our Lord and to his commands, and if we love our fellow humans. For that is faith, to die to sin and to live to righteousness and in obedience to our Lord and no longer in sin and to love our neighbors as ourselves. For Jesus died that we might die to sin and live to his righteousness, in his power, by his grace.

Now, with regard to this next section about sin leading to death, or not leading to death, I will share here my understanding based on all the Scriptures which teach on salvation from sin and on eternal life with God, and on the subject of putting sin to death in our lives and no longer walking in deliberate and habitual sin against the Lord. For it is the practice of sin that leads to death, and it is the daily dying to sin, by the Spirit, that leads to eternal life. So this all comes down to what we practice, either dying to sin and obeying our Lord, or continuing in sin and disobeying our Lord.

And then the passage here continues by stating that. For everyone who is truly born of God does not keep on sinning, making sin his practice. For Jesus protects us from the evil one. But, we do have examples in the Scriptures of Christians falling back into sin and forsaking the lives God had for them to live, and so we have much counsel given to the churches in the Scriptures instructing the Christians to repent of their sins and to return to following the Lord as they once had. So this is not saying a true Christian will never sin, but when he comes to Christ he doesn’t still practice sin.

[Matt 7:21-23; Lu 9:23-26; John 1:12-13; John 6:44; John 10:27-30; Acts 26:18; Rom 2:6-8; Rom 6:1-23; Rom 8:1-14; Rom 12:1-2; 1 Co 6:9-10,19-20; 1 Co 10:1-22; 2 Co 5:10,15,21; Gal 5:16-24; Gal 6:7-8; Eph 2:8-10; Eph 4:17-32; Eph 5:3-6; Col 1:21-23; Col 3:1-17; Titus 2:11-14; 1 Jn 1:5-10; 1 Jn 2:3-6,24-25; 1 Jn 3:4-10; 1 Peter 1:15; 1 Pet 2:24; Heb 3:1-19; Heb 4:1-13; Heb 10:23-31; Heb 12:1-2; Rev 21:8,27; Rev 22:14-15]

And an idol is not just a statue formed in the hands of human beings. It is anyone or anything that is honored by us and is valued by us and to which we give our undivided loyalties and hearts and minds and passions and commitment to in place of God or above God. And so an idol can be a person or a possession or a talent or intellect or a people group or a philosophy, or habits and practices which are dishonoring and disobedient to the Lord. It is what we are most devoted to, what we talk about most, and that which has our hearts surrendered to do its will in place of us doing the will of God.

Only in Him

An Original Work / February 19, 2014
Based off Isaiah 30

Woe to those who look to man’s help;
Who turn away from Jesus Christ;
Forming an alliance not in step with God;
Making their own plans, and praying not.

Willing not to listen to truth,
They close their ears to what is right.
Pleasing words are all that they’ll hear;
Feel good messages that bring cheer.

Trust in your Lord; turn from your sin.
Put your faith now ONLY IN HIM.
Do not turn to idols. They’ll not satisfy.
Jesus will save you. That’s why He died.

Your Lord will be gracious to you.
He cares all about you, ‘tis true.
He forgives you all of your sin
When you give your life up to Him.

Oh, how truly gracious He’ll be
When you bow to Him on your knees;
Turning now from your sin; walking in his ways.
He’ll lead and guide you all of your days.

Now you will sing praises to Him.
He delivered you from your sin.
You’ll tell others now of His grace,
So they may see Christ face-to-face.

Can't stop eating due to stress

Does anyone struggle with emotional eating/bed? I just ask for prayers. Things are hectic and stressful. My husband is not currently working, so I am the sole provider. God has always been there for us, but the flesh fights so hard. Just want the noise to stop.

I really need prayer

(I realize I posted this in the wrong section, so here it is again) Anyone who is willing to pray for me, please do. I’m struggling with overwhelming anxiety and depression and it’s really affecting my faith and my daily life. I don’t know how much more of this I can take… I’m fighting so hard but I really need prayer from those who have more strength than me right now

Please pray for me, I’m sick

I am in need of prayer for healing and to remove fear anxiety. I am sick with a cold that’s causing me to have a cold sweat, and it’s also giving me a fear anxiety. My feet are cold and I can’t seem to get rid of this cold. I also have a fever and I am in need of prayers to remove this fever as well. Please pray for me for complete and total healing and to remove this fear that I am having. Thanks and God Bless.

RNC makes plans for trump to accept nomination from prison

Republican National Committee Co-Chairman Michael Whatley said the RNC is prepared for the possibility Donald Trump may deliver his convention remarks from prison, noting the former president's June 11 sentencing will come just days before the convention.

Trump is expected to accept the Republican Party's nomination for the presidency at the Milwaukee convention, which will take place from July 15 to July 18.

During an interview Tuesday, Newsmax host Rob Finnerty pressed Whatley on whether the RNC had contingency plans for Trump's acceptance speech in the event Trump is sentenced to jail time. Following his guilty verdict last week, Judge Juan Merchan has scheduled sentencing for July 11, four days before the convention.

“Let’s say Trump is behind bars. And again, it is a possibility. Would he make a speech from prison?” Finnerty asked. “Would he make a speech before sentencing day? Just something that you could play during the RNC? Are those contingencies being thought about, considered, and planned for?”

“Everything is being thought about. Everything is being considered,” Whatley replied.

The RNC co-chairman expressed his belief that the former president will deliver planned remarks for the convention, even if that means from prison.

“At this point in time, we will have to wait and see kind of what the courts present us with the opportunity to do," he added. "But look, Donald Trump will communicate directly with the American voters the way that he always does.”

I can see pardoned felon Michael Flynn leading the chants of "don't lock him up!"

Good Reasons to Trust a Courtroom, Over a Scientific Laboratory

There are a lot of people who believe Trump's assertions that his hush money trial
was hopelessly biased, and that the jury arriving at his convictions was totaly
perverted.

But, from a Christian point of view, there are strong controls in place in an
American courtroom, to test the evidence that is introduced into a court trial.

Christians need to carefully think about these controls, before rejecting convictions
decided on by American juries.

Putin ‘invokes Cuban Missile Crisis’ as he moves ‘nuclear-capable’ ships to Havana

Ukraine-Russia war – live: Putin ‘invokes Cuban Missile Crisis’ as he moves ‘nuclear-capable’ ships to Havana

Four Russian vessels will make a port call to Havana between 12 and 17 June before sailing to Venezuela

Vladimir Putin is invoking the memory of the Cuban Missile Crisis by moving “nuclear-capable” warships to Cuba in a move intended to provoke the United States, a think tank warned.

Four Russian vessels will make a port call to Havana between 12 and 17 June before stopping off in Venezuela later in the month, according to Cuban and US officials.

The Admiral Gorshkov frigate, the Kazan nuclear-powered cruise missile submarine, the Academic Pashin replenishment oiler, and the Nikolai Chiker rescue tug will all be part of the visit, the US-based think tank Institute for the Study of War.

The Admiral Gorshkov is capable of carrying Zircon hypersonic missiles, which the Kremlin has touted as being able to carry a nuclear warhead. There is no suggestion the ship will be equipped with nuclear weapons during the visit.

In 1962, former Russian premier Nikita Khrushchev moved nuclear missiles to Havana which led to an intense stand off between Moscow and Washington.

Meanwhile, Putin has threatened to retaliate against Western countries that are allowing Ukraine to hit Russia with their long-range missiles.

Idaho bar celebrates ‘Heterosexual Awesomeness Month,’ gives free beer to straight people

Old State Saloon reports record-breaking sales since it announced it is celebrating June as ‘Heterosexual Awesomeness Month,’ with discounts for straight couples and women and free beer for heterosexual men.

EAGLE, Idaho (LifeSiteNews) — An anti-woke bar in Eagle, Idaho, is pushing back against political correctness and LGBT ideology by celebrating June as “Heterosexual Awesomeness Month.”

Mark Fitzpatrick, a former police officer who calls himself a “Bible believing Christian,” is giving out free beer and discounts for straight patrons who visit his Old State Saloon just 10 miles west of Boise.

“It’s the expectation that you’re supposed to jump behind and support something,” Fitzpatrick toldlocal media outlet KTVB when asked why he is doing it.

“And people are just rejecting it. They’re standing up and saying, ‘enough is enough,’ we don’t want all this.”

Southern Baptist Convention to vote on expelling churches with female pastors

Southern Baptists may ban churches with women pastors. Some are urging them to reconsider

The Southern Baptist Convention is preparing to vote on a proposed constitutional ban on churches with women pastors.

At the SBC’s annual meeting June 11-12 in Indianapolis, representatives will vote on whether to amend the denomination’s constitution to essentially ban churches with any women pastors — and not just in the top job. That measure received overwhelming approval in a preliminary vote last year.

Leaders of First Baptist — which has given millions to Southern Baptist causes and has been involved with the convention since its 19th century founding — are bracing for a possible expulsion.

“We are grieved at the direction the SBC has taken,” the church said in a statement.

By some estimates, the proposed ban could affect hundreds of congregations and have a disproportionate impact on predominantly Black churches.

Since Baptist churches are independent, the convention can’t tell them what to do or whom to appoint as a pastor.

But the convention can decide which churches are in and which are out. And even without a formal amendment, its Executive Committee has begun telling churches with women pastors that they’re out. That included one of its largest, Saddleback Church of California.

The SBC will also decide whether to condemn IVF.

Milky Way last major collision

“We get wrinklier as we age, but our work reveals that the opposite is true for the Milky Way. It’s a sort of cosmic Benjamin Button, getting less wrinkly over time,” said Donlon, lead author of the new Gaia study, which also served as his doctoral thesis at Rensselaer. “By looking at how these wrinkles dissipate over time, we can trace when the Milky Way experienced its last big crash – and it turns out this happened billions of years later than we thought.”

"The collision is thought to have resulted in a large number of stars with unusual orbits. Previously, scientists dated it at between eight and 11 billion years ago in a collision called the Gaia-Sausage-Enceladus (GSE) merger. Rather, Newberg and Donlon’s findings indicate that the stars may have resulted from the Virgo Radial Merger, which crashed through the center of the Milky Way less than three billion years ago."

Good Guy with a Gun Prevents Teen from Returning Malfunctioning Airsoft Pistol to Sporting Goods Store

Off-duty security guard fatally shoots Renton teen after mistaking BB gun for real firearm

"(The suspect) believed the group was going to commit armed robbery at the location," noted investigators. Police said the 51-year-old told them he felt that he didn't have enough time to call 911 to prevent the alleged armed robbery, so to protect his son nearby, he said "he had a duty to stop the individuals."

Immediately afterward, police said the suspect told them he exited his vehicle and pointed his security guard-issued gun at the three teenagers, commanding them to drop the firearm and put their hands in the air. At that point, police said the teen who carried the gun complied with the suspect's orders and threw the gun onto the ground. According to court papers, the suspect then grabbed the teenager so the boy would be unable to retrieve the firearm that was on the ground.

As this occurred, police said the suspect believed one of the other teens was grabbing for a gun located in that teen's waistband. It was at that point that police said the suspect fired multiple times. After the initial shots, he stood over the teen on the ground and continued to fire, according to court documents.

Common low-calorie sweetener linked to heart attack and stroke, study finds

A low-calorie sweetener called xylitol used in many reduced-sugar foods and consumer products such as gum and toothpaste may be linked to nearly twice the risk of heart attacks, stroke and death in people who consume the highest levels of the sweetener, a new study found.

“We gave healthy volunteers a typical drink with xylitol to see how high the levels would get and they went up 1,000-fold,” said senior study author Dr. Stanley Hazen, director of the Center for Cardiovascular Diagnostics and Prevention at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute.

Xylitol is a sugar alcohol, a carbohydrate found naturally in foods such as cauliflower, eggplant, lettuce, mushrooms, spinach, plums, raspberries and strawberries. However, the amount of xylitol found in such natural sources is tiny, Hazen said.

Xylitol isn't the first in the realm of "replacement foods" that end up having some potential consequences.

I think, like with many other things in the realm of health and nutrition (particularly in the areas of weight loss and cholesterol reduction), the never-ending quest to find either A) "things that taste like the thing that's not good for me, but won't cause me to gain weight", or B) "things I can take in conjunction with my food, so that I don't have to change my dietary habits" has caused some "solutions" to be somewhat rushed in order to accommodate market demand.

Basically, there's no ideal solution for the problems of obesity and cardiovascular disease that doesn't involve willpower (either in the form of portion & interval control).

And in order to tackle those problems correctly, I think people are going to need to make peace with the fact that there's no such thing as a good diet/lifestyle where "I can gorge myself on sweet-tasting or decadent foods 3 times a day, 7 days a week, and still maintain a health body weight".

Asking...
"How can we make a cookie that's artificially sweetened and low calorie, so I can still eat 9 of them while bing-watching netflix and lose weight?"
"How can we make a pill or injection so I can still eat fast food till I feel stuffed 5 days a week, but that won't raise my cholesterol/weight?"
...aren't the right approach. And as much as it may pain some folks to hear it, if they want to keep those two problems in-check, they may have to break down and eat some veggies along side a small chicken breast or piece of fish every once in a while, and realize that not every meal needs to be "eat nothing but delicious-tasting foods until I feel full"
