Well, there is a difference between enjoy and enjoy. I guess that as long as it's not hentai it's kind of up to you.

Edit: Let me fix myself here. There is inherent sexuality in yuri/yaoi stuff. That is the bad stuff (IMO). If it's two guys/chicks that sort of 'hint' that they like each other like that, it's not something I would be worried about.

That's like saying we shouldn't watch any dramas that is say, about an adulterous relation and how it affects the people involved.

e.g. I haven't watched enough of Friends, but has none of the people in that show had sex outside of marriage (if example not applicable, take some other commonly thought of as benign sitcom that does contain stuff that people could find sinful and use that instead)? If so, does that make it wrong to watch?

I don't watch much TV, and I've never seen Friends - the news is bad enough as it is.
The OP asked for my opinion, and I gave it. The use of "you" is kinda unfortunate, "one" would probably be better.
Yuri celebrates and normalises a form of homosexuality that is mostly for the pleasure of men. Yaoi also does the same thing, but sexes reversed.
First, we must be clear in our own minds whether we think homosexuality is a sin or not. Despite what CF's rules let us post, there are differing opinions on this in Christianity.
The main issue for me is: is it lustful to watch yuri? (especially as, in the yuri-appreciator's section, the term 'shoujo-ai' is used for milder, romantic type stuff, and 'yuri' is essentially f/f hentai)

Maria-sama Ga Miteru is known in English as "The Virgin Mary is watching you", and it's about girls at a Catholic school in Japan. They have a buddy system known as the 'soeur system', where the younger girls are mentored by older girls. It's got much lesbian subtext, even going so far as to becoming text.
