Aren't Fullbright Scholarships meant for Americans to study abroad?
To me, someone who is married or have children are kind of the least likely to apply.
Never mind the problem of a group who disdain "set asides" for specific groups enacting "set asides".

I certainly look at the world, and our country, as being on a precipice now, and how will children fare?

$5,000 isn't the quick fix the current president thinks it is. For many young people, only his exit from the national stage, accompanied by his Project 2025 staffers, will make the future hopeful again.

Instead of listening to women about what would incentivize starting or growing a family they come up with a bunch of ideas that don’t address their concerns.

Many people use this knowledge to help avoid conception, in fact.

I think one possibility for increasing family size could be a cultural shift, to a culture in which men take on as much of the work of parenting as women. Pregnancy itself can't be delegated to fathers, but the rest of the work could be shared: daily child care, fussy sleepless nights, doctors' appointments, groceries and cooking, housecleaning, driving to soccer matches and piano lessons, etc. Parenthood is extra-hard if one of the parents has to do most of the work. I'm not surprised that many women are saying "no".

I doubt that a cultural shift like this can be mandated through an executive order or through tax legislation, however. There are limits to what the government can do.

You can even get an app to track your cycle. But women are afraid to use it because they fear the government might ascertain an early miscarriage as something else and bring the morality police to their door.
And that fear of being charged of crimes when nature has taken its course has also driven med students away from OB/GYN. Another problem for Trump's plan.

I was going to suggest that, instead of a bronze oak leaf cluster for each subsequent award, you get a bronze diaper. You could get a C device for a cesarean and a V device for… the normal way.

Gambia has only about 25k immigrating each year to the USA. Likely most of those are family members, I doubt very many are coming on fiancé visas. If you wanted higher fertility rates, Trump could fast track those of child bearing age within a marriage or fiance visa category.

I am so confused on what is going on. Will these older English women have no rewards since they are probably past menopause? Someone enlighten me.
