In an email to The New York Times, Alexander wrote, "Consistent with other private events hosted by the first family and following the traditions of previous White House wedding festivities in prior administrations, the Biden family will be paying for the wedding activities that occur at the White House."

I think taxes have been used on all presidents and family. You seemed quiet when Trump and his family was wasting our tax dollars. I prefer presidents to pay for their weddings and hotels stays. Especially, when they could have stay in the white house to do their job.

When did you believe anything that came out of the White House? Like when he was arrested visiting Mandela? Or his Jim Crowe 2.0 line? Or there were no vaccines when he came into office? Or gas was 5.00 a gallon when he took office?

I'd prefer a President to unite the nation (or at least make some attempt not to further a divide). Both Trump and Biden fail on this part.

Jill Biden's comms director said the Bidens paid for the wedding. I understand the bride was instrumental in persuading Joe to run for president. This was a nice gesture from Joe to show her his gratitude.

And each American chooses whether to unite with the rest of America. People who choose a political tribe over the interests of America are not the least bit interested in unity. Indivisible is not just a word in the pledge of allegiance. It means something to most Americans. Unfortunately, some people forget that unity has always been our strength. Polarization has run amok.
