In my example the person isn't wanting to please God - they just get pleasure in killing things. (as opposed to feeling shocked about it)
Like most people on earth, thus they perish without Christ and without hope.

Maybe from her point of view. But prostitution was still a clear violation of God's law - not just the edict of hypocritical men. What spared her was her faith - exactly what spares all of us sinners when grace meets us in the Person Of Jesus Christ. Dime to a dollar, though, that she didn't continue on in that sin from that point on or as His Spirit delivered her.

If we were to remove all sinners from Jesus' lineage - the Word would never have become flesh and dwelt amongst us and save us, eh?
She was still deemed worthy. On another note, trafficking is forced sexual conformity in order to save ones life and their children.
Let us reason.
