It seems that the president is barring American scientists from working on the
next reports on climate change.
"The US had been highly involved in planning for the next installment of the report due out in 2029 from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the world’s leading scientific authority on climate change."

Current Climate: A ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ U.S. Climate Policy
In this week's Current Climate newsletter, the new U.S. 'don't ask, don't tell' climate science policy; resurrecting the woolly mammoth; the blue economy and ocean health

"The immediate effect is that U.S. scientists won’t be at an IPCC meeting in Hangzhou, China, this week to plan a new global climate assessment, at least not in an official capacity. Exactly what benefit the White House sees in restricting scientists from directly participating in the assessment isn’t clear though it’s in keeping with the range of executive orders from Trump reversing federal policies on climate change. Those include efforts to pull back funds distributed by the Biden Administration for clean energy projects, the elimination of tax credits for electric vehicles and ordering agencies such as the EPA and Interior Department to prioritize oil and gas production.
A rapidly heating planet poses profound challenges for the foreseeable future, a reality embraced by all developed nations for years–including the U.S. until very recently. In its most recent assessment, the country’s Global Change Research Program–the same scientists now barred from working with international colleagues–pulled no punches."

For Christians, there is so much rigorous information pointing to climate change due to
pollution, that Christians who continue to deny this, NOT ONLY have to project their
own and innacurate reality, but THEY ALSO have to adopt a view of Epistemology that
(truth) is not based on our shared reality, but on personal and individual projections.
Of course, this sort of personal projection, is not compatible with Christianity, and a
core command "You shall not lie". It is mainly the anti-intellectual Christian groups that
continue to deny the goodness of the intellect, to examine and come to logical
conclusions, based on objective reasoning methods.
