It is allowable between husband and wife... even though the Bible does not prohibit anal intercourse, there are medical considerations to think about.

Giving birth doesn't necessarily make a woman lose muscle control in that area either. I had a cesarean myself, but I have plenty of female friends and their husbands are my friends as well. None of them have any problems like that. I think a lot of it is how a woman is built. It's genetics... and whether or not she has taken care of herself.
