Was incest okay in the Bible?

There was no special technical Hebrew term for "incest". The English word "incest" does not appear anywhere in most Bible translations. I would avoid using it in a Christian discussion.

In the beginning, marrying close relatives was okay. However, by the time of Moses, it was not.

I believe in Micro-Evolution.

I cannot, by simple systematic logic, believe in “Macro-Evolution”. This is the very reason. Though technology is increasing in a way that it looks like we are “Evolving”, genetically and in relation to the Universe, we see entropy at work.

To be succinct, Macro de-evolution is occurring in front of our very eyes.

By Macro evolutions gross assumptions, we come from crude primates, which evolved from sea creatures, which in turn were birthed from single called miracles that popped into perfect existence from primordial soup…

Case and point, magically, only 200ish years ago a guy named Charles Darwin used some seriously garbage science equipment and a trip to a new island to imply a “theory” more fantastical than the idea that our planet was a giant turtle shell or flat.

We have an entire generation in fear of climate Decline and it only takes one trip to West Virginian mountains to see that the gene pool is weakening. I’m not insulting West Virginians, but pointing out that legitimately inbred families devolve and specifically demonstrate Macro-Evolutionary Degeneration through mutation.

Our entire universe is subject to entropy (Death).

Isn’t it odd that an old book that is a collection of books which we call the Canonized Bible specifies that Death was introduced to a perfect universe?

Science can even observe all the way back to the Event that started the universe. But, the buck stops there for science. Most Astrophysicists that are honest will flat out say that to look into the event that forged our universe is to look into mechanism of God. The other ones might have been bitter because they were stuck in a wheelchair. Too soon?

We like to point out that the gene pool was much purer back then, and so it was okay for siblings to marry.

Later, after the gene pool was corrupted, these close marriages had to be placed off limits.

Here's a zinger of a speculative question. Is Heaven subject to "Entropy"?

IT is more than just genetic diversity - it is also a matter of genetic defects in a species like humans that require diploid alignment of homoeologous genes expression to be seen in phenotype. Defects can happen due to cosmic ray damage to gametes etc. The longer the human race existed in unshielded cosmic ray exposure as compared to pre-flood, the more accumulated damage to the genome the higher the risk of alignment of defects.

Is heaven a closed or open system - given that God is infinite in power? Is God an external force acting on the system or is His infinite power part of the total system? I suspect it is the case of the former.
