If you could travel...

I would like to go to:

Finland to connect with my heritage there.
Tonga for two weeks to relax and do nothing in a nation that has a constitution that keeps Sundays holy.
USA again to visit my friends there.
Canada to skate on the ice at Calgary
Great Britain to explore and spend time reading in the National Library and visit the sites that influenced much of the fantasy literature I read.
The rest of Australia because we have such a huge range of environments and incredible biodiversity.
Antarctica to get caught in a real snow storm for days.
The Philippines and relax on some of those beautiful beaches.
Israel to see the world that Jesus dwelt in.

If time and money weren't an issue, where in the world would you want to go and why?

Hmm, as of right now, I'd head to Nanaimo, where a certain CF'er lives. But if life were perfect, I'd visit the UK first.

I'm going to edit my answer: everywhere
I'd like to REALLY see the rest of Canada, and visit the national parks in the US. I'd like to go to Ireland and see where my family came from, and Germany to see where my dad lived. I could probably spend YEARS in Europe. Switzerland is the place I'd most like to visit. Easter Island and the Galapagos, Australia, the Mediterranean Sea, Russia, everywhere. I'd like to see as much of the world as possible.

What kind of stinks is, I had a job where I got to travel, but got laid off because business got slow. I was supposed to have gone to Saudi Arabia, Japan, and maybe England and China this year, plus I would have earned Delta Sky Miles to go wherever I wanted.

Bummer My dad used to have a job like that, and he traveled all over the world, but the stress of the job got to be too much so he moved to Idaho and took a different job and a paycut where he's much happier God has plans!

If Time and Money wasn't an issue, I'd like to travel to the year 3000 with 100 billion dollars, probably valued for inflation at 1 cent though.

I"m sure God has other plans, but I really liked that job. I got to go to Utah, Michigan and a lot of other places I'd never been before. It was stressful at times, but it beat standing in one spot on a factory floor. I'd like to go back to Utah sometime. It was so much different than Tennessee.

I've always dreamed of seeing the whole world. That's exactly what I'd do if I could. But I'd really like to start with the UK and work my way through Europe. After that I'd probably head down to Australia. I'm probably going to take some trips around Asia while I am here.
