If no one can choose his existence, then why would God punish some people in hell?

I cannot choose to exist or not.

Right.

Let proposition P1 = one can choose to exist or not.

Proof by contradiction:

Assume one can choose to exist or not. Before his existence, he was able to use his volition to make choices. This is absurd. His volition has not existed yet. How can he choose? The assumption is self-contradictory. Therefore, not P1 is true. One cannot choose to exist or not.

If no one can choose his existence, then why would God punish some people in hell?

Even though we cannot choose to be born or not, after we have existed, we are responsible for our actions. Alternatively, God may just annihilate a person's afterlife, instead of torturing him consciously over an infinite period of time.

u/Formal-Lie-1809:

Sometimes i just wish i never existed.
Job thought similarly at one time, 3:

why was I not as a hidden stillborn child, as infants who never see the light?
Job wished that he were born dead.

Given that you already exist and are alive, you are responsible for your choices. This life is a testing place for everyone. It is best to use it to earn some heavenly rewards.

This life is a lot more than a testing place. (With Job, in fact, it was a proving place. But what I'm getting at is that) it is like what a nursery is for plants —it is the place where God grows what we are in Heaven: The Children of God, the particular members of the Body of Christ, the Bride of Christ, the Dwelling Place of God.

Read Job, in the worst of his troubles.

Job 19:

25 I know that my redeemer lives,
and that in the end he will stand on the earth.
26 And after my skin has been destroyed,
yet in my flesh I will see God;
27 I myself will see him
with my own eyes—I, and not another.
How my heart yearns within me!
