Does God give grace to everyone?

To address the question asked in the subject of this thread, I'll say this. God offers His grace to everyone in the sense that He graciously offers salvation to all people.

Titus 2:11 For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.

"...I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.”

Exodus 33:19 NKJV​

“God resists the proud,
But gives grace to the humble.” James 4:6 NKJV

God wants to be gracious and have compassion and mercy on all people.

Romans 11:30 Just as you who were at one time disobedient to God have now received mercy as a result of their disobedience, 31 so they too have now become disobedient in order that they too may now receive mercy as a result of God’s mercy to you. 32 For God has bound everyone over to disobedience so that he may have mercy on them all.

My take-away is that persistent pride makes us unreceptive to His Grace.
