Biden has stated explicitly that he will not pardon Hunter. I can imagine a scenario where if he were to lose the 2024 election he would reneg on that in january before leaving office or possibly if hunter is still incarcerated when his second term ends. I wouldn't be shocked by either.

Biden already has said he wasnt going to do that. Oh well. Does anyone care if hunter is going to jail? Probably his family and anyone obsessed with hunter for some reason. If he's found guilty by a jury of his peers and he's sentenced to jail time for crimes committed.....good.

Hunter needs his support system and tools to combat his addiction for life. He's not cured, he's simply not a practicing addict now, I guess. I don't know what he does truthfully. He might still be using.
