Hexagon symbols on churches

I don't wanna "put the hex" on anyone (quite the reverse actually), but why do these Baptist (and other) churches employ the hexagon symbol prominantly?

Generally 6 is man under sin, 7 is more the seal of God.

why is 6 the number of man and sin. to my knowledge it the number of man. Man being created on the 6 day. man did not sin till after the 6 day. and on the 7th day God rested. Man did not sin until either during the rest or afterwards. Which i doubt it was one day in the garden.

"The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times." (Ps. 12:6), Abraham received a 7-fold blessing (Gen. 12:2, 3) etc
5 is for grace... 5 smooth stones, Israel left Egypt with a high hand (5) etc etc.

Cain's descendants are given only as far as the sixth generation.
Abraham's six intercessions for Sodom (Gen 18) did not save it.
666 is the "perfection" of sin.

I see no scriptural reason or wisdom in putting symbols with the number 6 to glorify God, maybe you can enlighten me?

Many people believe the up side down cross is satanic when you know the history you see it does not mean what people think it does. It comes from when peter was crucified that way. In Fact Peter asked to be crucified upside down because he did not believe him self worthy enough to be crucified like Jesus. This was not a statement of the Church of Christ falling as people make it out to be. It was just another way to crucified him.

There are many rumors but who knows what is true and not. Does it have place in a church maybe not, but not all churches are houses of God. I have heard stories of churches worshiping God on Sunday, and worshiping satan in the basement of the church by night in the united states. Not ever place that claims to be a house of God is.

Symbols are there for a reason,would someone just come up with hey that looks cool let's stick it on the Church.
Your statement is true for symbols in general or some brat with a tattoo.

When placed on a organization it is a marker for those who know the symbol meaning.

The upside down cross is worn by Satan worshipers,often things are adopted as a icon,with
no consideration of their origin.
Same thing with someone having on their person many crosses.
