The Son of God is eternal without beginning of days or end of days, he is before all things and by him all things consist. He created all things and so if he created all things then he did not create himself and he was not a created being. Read Colossians 1 Hebrews 1 and Hebrews 7 about the Son of God
I would fully disagree about your understanding of those passages, but not going to get into it here. Just don't have the time for it and already have a formal debate on the subject set up in about a month. The point was about Arius and the early church. It's factual that there are early church members who were Arian-like prior to Arius. It's more than likely he was the larger viewpoint actually... he just lost the battle in the end and winners write history. It's easy to see he's still slandered even though if you read the history it was like a childlike temper tantrum from both sides from council to council.
I'm a former trinitarian, now biblical unitarian. I'm not Arian, though I understand their position and grant it even though I disagree.
