If I drank some black tea at 6:20 or so is it still okay to receive communion for Pascha tonight? Or am I overthinking things?

I would think that the pre communion prayer would cover any minor stuff like this. I know the pre communion prayer we say in our liturgy should cover this if we pray it earnestly.

I haven’t heard that exactly. General rule of thumb I’ve heard is 6 hours before for evening liturgies or overnight for morning liturgies.Does anyone else have the idea of "if you sleep in between, it's okay?" It is prevalent in the Romanian community.
