Jesus tells everyone that, for we are all sinners. The cruel and hateful, the greedy and selfish are sinners who hurt others. Gay people do not try to hurt others. The overwhelming majority want to be accepted, raise families, be good neighbors, and be accepted.

They are harming themselves. BEHAVIOR is a choice.

So weird how LGBT et al are so offended by someone praying.

I just cannot wrap my head around it? How is that hurtful?

Agreed, we’re not called to judge those outside the church but we are called to preach the gospel and all that Christ taught. So what they do in their own lives is not our concern but if they’re going to promote sinful behavior to the public whether people like it or not, it’s our responsibility to be the voice of opposition whether people like it or not. So they can exercise their right of freedom as speech and we’ll exercise our’s and people can decide for themselves which path they want to take.

I don't see how any Christian can't see that it's a contrivance of the enemy to warp God's children.

They’re being taught that disapproval of LGBT behavior is discrimination like racism. I actually had to educate my daughter on the difference because that’s what her school was teaching her and I explained to her that judging a person according to the behavior is not bigotry. It’s no different than judging a liar or a murderer or a rapist or a drunkard or a thief based on their behavior.

Unfortunately, those in the LGBT "community" see "bigotry" if someone doesn't fully approve of their lifestyle. It's sad, really.

Any church that condones and encourages homosexuality is, in my opinion, comparable to the temple before Jesus started flipping tables and whipping people.

I would also say that some who claim to be Christian are misrepresenting Christ with their extremist views on sin that they’re actually discrediting Him.

Maybe the nation is really turning around.

The "good Christian" girl is depicted as praying for her own glory. Seem a shallow depiction at best, not something to celebrate. Is she particularly kind to strangers, sharing her lunch money with the poor kid or giving her jacket to the naked? What is "good" about her version of Christian behavior?

Hey, remember when "gay bashing" was meant literally - bashing in someone's head with a baseball bat or nightstick or flashlight for sport and male bonding? I, for one, do not want to see that brought back. And - a bit off-topic - transgendered people are people who should have their humanity respected.
