Apparel and bible recommendations

Hey all!
I don't want to tell my whole story, but, I'm new to the religion and I have some money. (don't worry I know about donations and tithe, that's taken care of as well. )
Here is what I am looking at. suggestions on the bibles, I hear good things, but idk personally. Yes, me and my wife want some bling as well. Any suggestions? too much? As for the last one...well...idk, I like it.

Treat a Bible as a consumable item. Plan on using one up and then get another one. So do get a hardback or a leather bound one, but do plan on taking notes in it and then before it utterly falls apart put it on your bookshelf and get a new one to replace it for everyday use.

The best version at the moment is probably the ESV, at least in my opinion. It comes in a Catholic edition (ESVCE) so you get the whole Bible. Not many notes though. Great for just the text.

Get a study Bible too, one with lots of notes. The best such study Bible just came out late last year and it's from Ignatius Press. The base text is the RSV in a Catholic edition, so again it has all of the books. The notes in this one are superb.

Last recommendation is a pocket sized New Testament. Carry it with you. Use it up. Give it away. Get a new one. Read it when you have five minutes instead of doomscrolling on your phone.

If you want a premium bible you might try the NKJV Schuyer. I would add that I prefer the personal sized editions over the standard edition. The standard is just too big for my taste. The only thing I don't like in the newer Schuyler NKJV's is that you cannot get a black letter edition anymore. All of them have the words of Christ in red, which may or may not bother you. As for a study bible, if that is where you want to go, I cannot recommend the ESV Study Bible enough. The notes area broadly protestant but not siding with any denominational stances. The notes and articles are scholarly without being overly technical.
