It's no myth that Biden had no border security at the border.

They had 12 million foreigners come through our borders these last 4 years and let them in without vetting. That's how they were "accidentally" releasing people into the country on parole who were on the terrorist watch list and known to be in foreign prison gangs.

That 12 million is more people than came through Ellis Island during it's hayday for immigration, and when you count the millions who didn't get caught by border security and get paperwork on them, it's just beyond shocking.

What they did to the American people is both treasonous and unconscionable.. just absolutely horrific. It hurts every single person, both the illegals flooding our country and our own citizens.

And yes, there are now millions in slavery in our country .. thanks to the Democrats. They owe the Cartels and have to work for the Cartels until the debt is paid off, which never gets paid off. Many have been sold into prostitution rings and pedophile rings, child labor and more. . this is among the most horrific things to happen in American History.

And it's not even culturally acceptable. But some of these people are so lawless they just don't care.
No border security! How offensive to the customs agents seizing tons of fentynal monthly.
Applying for asylum is legal. The applicants went to stay with relatives living here. Some wore ankle bracelets.
So what is happening now? Is applying for asylum illegal?

Well, the NFL replaced the text "End Racism" in the end zone with "Choose Love". Not sure what you think that highlights.
Highlights they know people are easily offended these days and so are retreating to safe say-nothing ground.

You raise an excellent point. Actions speak louder than words.

However, promoting initiatives to end racism or hunger creates awareness. On the other hand, opposing such initiatives does not contribute to these causes.

I disagree. The idea that something painted in the end zone creates "awareness" is silly, IMO.

I watched the Super Bowl last night and I didn't even realize until I saw this thread this morning that they had changed the text from End Racism to Choose Love. I had to see someone's feigned outrage and then go read an article about it. I probably saw it at least a dozen times, and yet not once did it resonate with me. Why? Because I'm not watching football to read about causes in the end zone. I suspect most others are not also.

Individuals who bring sign at the end zone are promoting their views, but what are their critics contributing?

Hard to say. But I suspect the people that make the most difference are probably also the most quiet.

Well alrighty then. I am at a loss as to why you think that "Choose Love" is "safe say-nothing ground", but you're certainly entitled to your opinion.

Just heard Jon Batiste's national anthem. So joyful, creative, inspiring.
It reminded me that even though we have entered into a dark phase of American history, and our Constitution is under attack by Elon Musk, we will get through this and survive.
So much better than Kendrick Lamar's thankfully unintelligible musings.

Oh no! How will we know that racism is wrong and needs to be ended????

So ridiculous to have had it in the first place. I don't care is anyone, including the NFL, wants to have something like that, but to pretend that it had any effect or will have any effect when removed is nonsense.

Its not challenging to anything. Theres no risk. Its the best virtue signalling really. It says "we're about sanctified things" when really theyre just about making money

And you thought that when they were "brave" enough to "risk" painting "End Racism" in the end zone, they were more sincere?

Nooo. What I liked was that "end racism" was even more transparent as virtue signalling because it kept a little "edge". Some people could possibly be offended. And some were! This powers up the fake virtue. Until too many are offended.

Choose love has no risky vibe to it. Who could ever possibly be offended? Some people might even think they mean it - which makes it the best.

Whos to say which side he'd favor?

No one.

I believe that's why God doesn't get involved in our sports .. it's a game. If someone wins or loses because God wants them to win or lose it's for important reasons we can't see.

When you said "Too bad God doesn't get involved in our sports" clearly youre expressing disappointment at being denied an outcome youd expect from Gods involvement.

What is that outcome youre denied?

President Trump's 2024 victory marked a remarkable comeback in American politics.

While the win was impressive, it should not be seen as a mandate or a full rejection of liberal ideas. The victory margin was among the smallest in recent elections, indicating a deeply divided nation with no overwhelming support for President Trump or one political ideology.

To pray for a sports team to win. I couldn't pray for an outcome at all.

Ohhhh. I see.

Lets say God did listen to prayers for sports outcomes. I'm guessing KC would have better chance then because the country is more churchy down there?

The country had a mandate in 2024. It said it is tired of the woke BLM LGBT nonsense getting crammed down our throats.
I don't know if I would call is t a mandate. But it seem most voters do not want to acknowledge the reality of racism and sexism.

Not necessarily, start praying for sports teams and He might decide to teach everyone humility too .. you just never know...

Wow.

A mandate. That word is loaded.

One could also argue that the country "begrudgingly offerred to give Trump one last go at it" because people are financially suffering.

Remember? The financial suffering? That was the thing that was important to everyone. That's what you guys were harping on so hard for so long.

And then once he's elected, he ignores the affordability crisis and now you're claiming he has a mandate to end "woke nonsense".

Nonsense.

I also notice how nobody is talking about the economic suffering of Americans anymore.
