Yum. Lasagna is one thing I don't tend to make myself; for the amount of effort that goes into it, I'm happy to buy a pre-made one.

I agree. It is, however, one of the dishes my mother pulled off reasonably well when she was ambitious.Yum. Lasagna is one thing I don't tend to make myself; for the amount of effort that goes into it, I'm happy to buy a pre-made one.
I must be a weirdo. I love making homemade lasagna.I agree. It is, however, one of the dishes my mother pulled off reasonably well when she was ambitious.
That sounds amazing. So I had some pork roast. I decided to put it in the crock pot and shred it. Made a recipe for homemade macaroni and I’m going to make some comfort bowls. You put the finished macaroni in a bowl when it comes out of the oven. Take the shredded pork (whatever portion you want) and put it in the center of bowl. Lightly drizzle some barbecue sauce over the top. We’ll have a side of asparagus for a vegetable.
It’s good! Give it a try. That sounds amazing.
I'm pretty happy with it. I added some ginger, and I did put it through the blender when it was done; the parsnips and mushrooms have given it quite a creamy texture. The flavour is subtle but I'm hoping it will be good for my miserable sore throat. That looks interesting @Paidiske. Let us know how it turns out.
I hope you feel better soon. I was sick not too long ago and had to get antibiotics. Sore throat and all. I couldn’t even talk.I'm pretty happy with it. Of course, I'm the only one who'll eat it; but that's healthy lunches for most of this week sorted!
