God blessed Adam and Eve in Genesis 1:

28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number;
From the beginning, Adam and Eve will be fruitful regarding children.

Genesis 3:

20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.
All humans will come from her. Some years later, Cain killed Abel.

Genesis 4:

25 Adam made love to his wife again, and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth, saying, “God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him.”
Genesis 5:

3 When Adam had lived 130 years, he had a son in his own likeness, in his own image; and he named him Seth.
Cain and Abel were born before Year 130. Given that they were fruitful, it was likely that other children were born during this pre-Seth century as well.

After Cain murdered Abel, God declared Cain to be a fugitive. Cain responded in Genesis 4:

14 "Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me.”
Who was Cain worried about?

His close relatives.

Genesis 4:

16 So Cain went out from the Lord’s presence and lived in the land of Nod, east of Eden. 17 Cain made love to his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch.
Cain married one of the females born in the last hundred years. She could be his sister, niece, or grandniece. Cain could not have married his cousins because they didn't exist, and he didn't have any grandparents.

Paul affirmed in Acts 17:

26 And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place.

I don't remember the numbers, but there is a mathematical possibility of thousands of people above twenty years old at that time.

Usually, though, in my experience, the question is brought up by those who wish to discredit the Bible, or otherwise resolve the "difficulty" presenting itself to their minds when they haven't thought it through. Their 'concern' is about incest. And, of course, incest was not the genetic danger, nor psychologically what it is now, when all there was, was Adam and Eve and their children.

All humans will come from her.
All humans do not come from Eve. Only those with the Breath of Life. The gentiles are grafted into the family tree of Abraham. Jesus referred to them as dogs. In the book of acts the disciples were very surprised that the gentiles could receive the Holy Spirit. Even then they believed you had to be circumcised to be saved and Paul argued with them about that. Only the heart needed to be circumcised. Even today people do not understand what the law represents and how we are to live in accordance with the commandments of God.

Read your history book. People want to reject Science and History. For example what do we know about Cheddar Man that lived 10,000 years ago, long before Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.
  • Approximately 10% of the modern British population can trace their ancestors back to the same genetic European population that Cheddar Man belonged to.

According to the United Nations' "Determinants and Consequences of Population Trends," modern Homo sapiens appeared about 50,000 B.C. At the dawn of agriculture, about 8000 B.C., the world's population was around 5 million. This was when man was a hunter gather. Adam and Eve were the first food producers. They were the beginning of civilization.

Based on Archaeological Evidence, Historical Records, Mathematical Modeling, Limitations and Challenges, Population Estimates

God blessed Adam and Eve in Genesis 1:
God blessed male and female. We do not read about Eve until chapter two.
Genesis 2:23b "She shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man".
In Genesis 3:20, Adam named his wife “Eve” because she was to become the mother of all living
No longer male and female, they were not a man and a women.

This shows us the relationship what Christ has with the church or the "Bride of Christ".
We are told that the husband is to sacrifice himself for his wife the way Jesus sacrificed Himself for His bride.
Ephesians 5:25 "“Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave Himself for her.

I grew up in a dispensationalist surrounding. If you think all humans did not come from Eve, you are an outlier among them. That's not, as such, a dispensationalist POV. (Unless the dispensationalists are not, as I think, generally fundamentalist and otherwise run more or less according to Christian orthodoxy.)

So, to you, Genesis 1 and 2 is "sort of".

Sort of what? The Bible is a history of the Hebrew people. Not the gentiles. They were amazed in the book of Acts that the Gentiles could even be saved. Paul says they are grafted into the tree.. Adopted into the family of Abraham. Even Jesus called them dogs and said he was sent to Israel not the gentiles. Even if he did honor their faith. Remember the story of the women that said even the dogs get to eat the crumbs that fall off of the table onto the floor.
