Yes, doing anything other than agreeing with Israel’s actions without question is throwing them under the bus.
Sorry but this is a dumb answer that misses the point. There is a way to disagree with a friend without making them look like a jerk internationally just to boost your own re-election prospects. You can have private phone calls and not say things publicly like have been said making it look like they are not your friend. This administration's behavior is schizophrenic.

Yep, anything other then 100% agreement and it’s friendship over, never mind the billions in aid and our actively defending them.

Unless those cards disagree with Israel then that’s inappropriate to show in public.
