Hello all,

I don't have anoxeia or bullemia, but I have tended to overeat (and therefore gain excess weight). In 1982, I weighed over 200 pounds. I lost 70 pounds in about 1 1/2 years, but have struggled to keep it off. Gained back about 20 pounds, and could use help with this.

I would have to agree with that one, try putting *trig* in the title of topics that contain stats or anything else that might be seen as triggering that way people are warned by it. Thats what happens on some other sites i go on
