Even if these numbers are right (which is a big if), it means literally nothing in relation to the Number of the Beast (666). The famous "Number of the Beast" is not three 6's. It's six hundred and sixty six. It's a numerical value, not numerals. This is more obvious in the original Greek, where it is written as χξς with a line over it (the three symbols are also Greek letters, the line above it shows they are being used as numerals). When used for numbers, χ means 600, ξ means 60, and ς means 6. So the number six hundred and sixty six is what is in mind, not three 6's. This is made even more explicit in Revelation 13:18, where it says to calculate or count the number of the beast, confirming further it's the numerical value.

So finding three 6's somewhere means absolutely nothing. It has to be six hundred and sixty six, the number. 66,600 is 65,934 off. 1666 is 1000 off. 66.6 is 599.4 off. None of these have anything to with the numerical value of six hundred and sixty six. Things get even worse because Revelation further instructs us that it is related to the name of the beast (Revelation 13:17). Speed of Earth, tilt of Earth, the year Newton got inspired about gravity, or curvature are completely unrelated to anyone's name.

Funny thing about that video is that the eclipse takes place over an extra-wide expanse of ocean, so no one is going to get the full effect. Now, it would be simply amazing if your flat Earth friends could come up with a set of paths that would actually produce a realistic track across populated areas. Like, ya know, we can easily do with a globe Earth and predict exactly where people will be able to see the full eclipse long in advance.
