Why not God's word ?
It is domed & circular
King James Bible
It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in: Isaiah 40:22
It is stationary
King James Bible
Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever.Psalm 104:5
It is level
King James Bible
Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? Job 38:5
I'd like to see anywhere in the Bible that it says the earth is spinning globe.
Your interpretation of these verses and others being correct is entirely dependent on the actual shape of the earth. The evidence that the earth is spherical in shape is overwhelming, meaning your interpretation of Scripture regarding the earth's shape is wrong.
The verses you quoted do not define the earth as a flat stationary earth. They can be interpreted in other ways. For example, the Hebrew word translated as 'circle' in Isaiah 40:22 is 'chug' and also means 'vault' in its masculine noun form, which is the way it is used in this verse. Therefore the verse can legitimately read "It is he that sitteth upon the vault of the earth". Regardless of who is correct, interpreting it to mean the earth is literally 'domed and circular' irrationally flies in the face of reality.
Psalm 104 is a song and the Psalms contain numerous metaphors. The verse can be interpreted to mean that God has firmly established the earth in its existence and nothing can destroy it. Again, using the verse to say the earth is literally 'stationary' flies in the face of reality.
Regarding Job 38:5, the shape of the earth cannot be even discerned, regardless of it being flat or a sphere, the verse holds true for both. Interpreting the verse to claim that the earth is 'level' flies in the face of reality.
When God speaks in the Bible, He can speak in both literal and metaphorical terms. I'd like to see where He definitively states the earth as flat, rather than somebody trying to extract meanings from what He said which are not there.
