(posted this on general OBOB and then saw this site re books!!!)
Hi everyone - Its been ages since I have posted!
Ive gotten very into mid-20th century catholic authors, and have recently read The Power and the Glory, End of an Affair (Green), Brideshead Revisited (Waugh), and The Last Gentleman, and The Movie Goer (almost done with the movie goer).
Are there any fans out there who would like to discuss these books? Which of these books have moved you, helped in your faith journey, etc?Who is your favourite "catholic" writer - (a writer who deliberately uses Catholic themes)
Thanks!
