But you do know that according to the Jews it’s attributed to Moses. No one knows. Certainly more than one person.
How could Adam write what took place before he was created?
The first 5 books of the Hebrew Bible are accredited to Moses.
In Genesis 14:14 the narrator reports that Abram chased the four ancient Near Eastern kings who kidnapped Lot “as far as Dan.” This reference to the city of Dan is a postmosaica because this city, earlier called Laish, was not named Dan until the time of the Judges (see Judges 18), and of course the name derived from the tribe of Dan, named after Jacob’s son Dan, Abraham’s great grandson.
I don’t see any evidence of this in Jewish tradition. So I’m assuming your position is that God told Adam about the creation process and then this was handed down over the next 2500 years. Why do you think this instead of God telling Moses since that’s what Jewish tradition says?Adam lived for 930 years.
At anytime he could have written Genesis 1 & 2.
Correct.
But Moses didn't write Genesis.
He compiled it and made some redactions.
What does that have to do with scientific illiteracy?
I believe God created the heavens and the earth with everything on the earth and the process I won't try to guess.
Yes the ones who are chosen to deliver a specific message never make mistakes, I made that clear when I said that God never chooses someone to deliver a message who will not deliver the message exactly the way He intended it.
But you do know that according to the Jews it’s attributed to Moses.
I just came across a two year old video that shows how people can be illiterate on all sorts of issues, yet think they know.

Good point. I was just responding to another post on the subject. What does that have to do with scientific
illiteracy?
And they probably used science to do it. After all, science is really nothing more than experimentation followed by examining results. They just had to do it the hard way because they didn't have wind tunnels. Come to think of it, airplanes used to be designed using wind tunnels because they didn't have computer models. The aboriginals had enough knowledge of aerodynamics to make boomerangs.
Science can eat its heart out.
And they probably used science to do it.
Can you please be more specific in your answer. This doesn’t explain anythingSecond of all, colophons and toledoths are used as [non-Jewish] evidence.
how? There's no evidence he knew how to write. Also, since written language is a relatively new creation that came about due to the social needs, I'm unsure why you'd think Adam wrote thatAdam lived for 930 years.

I write the English language alphabet that was handed down to me from ancestors. How do YOU write?
Sure. Did he have to write the name down anywhere?Yet he was given a job, a wife, and told to have children.
In addition, he named the animals.
Who would have taught him?I find it very hard to believe he couldn't read or write.
Yes. The prophesy of Jesus was shared many times by holy men and priests through Israel's history. And for the record, what's this?
Genesis 5:1a This is the book of the generations of Adam.
And six generations later ...
Genesis 4:22a And Zillah, she also bare Tubalcain, an instructer of every artificer in brass and iron:
Said of God's amanuenses:
2 Peter 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
I write the English language alphabet that was handed down to me from ancestors.
So again, How did Adam write?
Sure. Did he have to write the name down anywhere?
Who would have taught him?
